Description of Work: I had my beach house's floors replaced with high quality laminate flooring that looks like driftwood colored oak planks. I was very pleased with punctuality, level of professionalism, quality of work and great communication. They were there when they said they would be, did quality work and finished when promised. | |They forewarned me that in a lot of older homes a new sub-floor is required. ( I thought to myself "here we go...") but much to my surprise, they told me the subfloor was in fine condition and didn't need to be replaced. I find that level of honesty is hard to find in today's market.

Description of Work: Kevin was the absolute best helping me decide on my flooring. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I couldn't have been happier with their contractor who did the actual tear-down and installation. I am so pleased with the transformation of my foyer, living room and master bedroom, and get rave reviews from everyone who steps foot in my home!

Description of Work: Purchase and installation of wood/vinyl laminate flooring. Kevin at the store was very patient and informative. The installers were prompt, courteous and very professional. The place was broom clean when they left.

Description of Work: We purchased carpet for the entire house and tile for the enclosed Florida room. The installation was on time and efficient. After about 3 months, the carpet had to be stretched. The carpet installer stretched the carpet at no cost to us.

Description of Work: They installed wood laminate flooring in the entire house and removed ceramic tile and carpeting. The workers were extremely professional, hard working and very punctual! We would definitely recommend this company!

Description of Work: When we first went to the location, everything was great. I picked out a laminate that I liked and the sales person was very helpful. The problems started with the person who was supposed to call us to come out and measure the house for the amount of flooring needed. When he called to schedule an appointment, he gave my husband only one day to pick from (a Tuesday, I believe) and times that were during the middle of the day. My husband and I both work 45 minutes to an hour away from where we live. So, early morning or late afternoon is best for us. We asked if he could come on a Friday (my husband has off every other Friday). The guy refused at first and then said he would have to check and call us back. He didn't call back for over a week. By that time, we had looked elsewhere and decided to use someone else (who was more customer service oriented and flexible with their hours). If the guy had been nicer about the times or even shown a bit of interest in getting our business, we probably would have gone with Floors Direct. But, since our business was obviously not important to him, we went elsewhere.

Description of Work: Floors Direct provided tile and installation services for my dining room and living room.

Description of Work: Installed ceramic tile for a 12 x 30 foot patio. Installers were proficient and experienced and cut the tile exactly. They were extremely professional and courteous, clean and did a wonderful job. I would have them again when needed.
