From the first phone call and meeting till the last time I spoke with their office, I was well pleased with the service I received. Everyone from Five Star Claims Adjusting was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. They all went above and beyond, to accommodate my needs for a successful outcome. There is nothing negative to report about this top notch organization. Michael Scott Jarrell, was my Adjuster. I can not say enough good about how he treated me, and his tireless efforts to work on my behalf. It was refreshing to deal with such a straightforward and trustworthy individual. He has earned the highest recommendation I can give, and I would use him again if the need ever arises.

Megan was absolutely amazing and really believed in us that we could get a settlement! Our insurance denied us for a new roof even with a visible leak and hole in our ceiling. We reached out and the same day she contacted us. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the settlement we deserved for our home. She was very informative and detailed throughout the whole process. Very well. Five Star removed the stress of dealing with my home owner insurance company (who's main goal is to pay nothing if they can get away with it.) Five Star worked directly with the insurance company and settled for the actual costs of the repair. I would definitely hire them again.

we had a leak on our ten year old roof , and our insurance company off course offered us 350$ , the damage was way worse than that . We hired Frederico from 5 star. He and his team came over and did complete inspection, appararently our shingle was also faulty . So they fought for us and we are getting a complete roof replacement. Never file an insurance claim on your own! Always use a public adjuster! Public Adjuster Chuck Keith and 5 Star Claims Adjusting staff assigned to my claim were top notch, very professional and very very thorough, and were always available to answer all of my questions! Chuck came right away to assess the damage to my roof after Hurricane Irma in addition to coming with his inspector and proceeded to file the claim for the roof damage to my insurance company. All communication with the insurance company were handled by Chuck Keith and 5 Star Claims Adjusters Staff! Chuck also was present when the insurance company inspector came to inspect the roof. 5 Star Claims Adjusters went above and beyond and I received enough money to cover the cost, in full, for my new roof! I was very pleased with 5 Star Claims Adjusting! They spent time to inspect everything and prepared a very thorough report for my insurance company that initially refused to pay for damage caused by hurricane Irma. As a result my insurance paid. It was a great experience to work with 5 Stars! They kept me informed about my case all the way and did everything they promised on time. Also no surprise bills! Thank you.

My adjuster was very responsive at first. At some point after signing the contract, though, it became very hard to get in touch with him. Emails, phone calls, and voice mails went unanswered and often not returned. On three separate occasions, I asked for a copy of the proposed statement of work that the adjuster put together. Each time he was "going to email that right now". Never received it. He also needed me to re-email things to him I had already sent previously. After a few months, the adjuster stated that the insurance company wouldn't budge and there was nothing more he could other than to refer me to a lawyer. From this point on, the lawyer handled the claim and was able to see it through to the end. I was finally able to get the proposed statement of work that the adjuster put together from the lawyer. It took over a year to get this claim resolved. Meanwhile we had to go make a number of the repairs out of pocket. The adjuster did to come out to the house a couple of times to meet with the insurance company which was helpful. In short, though, I feel that the number of hours invested in my claim were minimal, they were unable to resolve my claim, and I still pay them $8,800.

Our adjuster worked non-stop to get results with our carrier. My wife and I thought we were out of luck, however our independent adjuster kept working on our behalf. It took sometime but he was ultimately successful, getting 3 times our initial payout from the carrier.
