+ -1 moreHis original quote was reasonable, when he arrived he said my apartment was smaller than he thought and he knocked a percentage off. After the work was done, I was more than happy with the results. My carpet looked brand new and stayed that way for many months after. He truly cares about his reputation and the work he does. He will go out of his way to ensure you are happy with the work!
