The ladies did a great job cleaning inside the house. The bathrooms were spotless. However, they need training on cleaning laminate floors. They said that the knew of a product called Bono but they didn't. Mixed it with water and mopped the floor. You MUST use full strength, let set for a few minutes, then mop with a cloth type mop. I had the guy (I guess the boss) do the floor over using the proper procedures. Seemed that they were very pushed for time after many quires on my part that they could do everything within the allotted 3 hours, but did NOT CLEAN the outside of the windows. The guy with them said he would be back Thursday and do the outside -= he never showed up.
