EE&G Restoration

Epic Failure! I first contacted EE&G via Angie's List on 7/19. It took about 6 days to receive the initial estimate for my job, and for that I had to ask twice. Once I accepted, they came out on 8/1, removed my cabinet and sink, and set up the air filter and tent. During this time, it was necessary for me to call in (and pay) a plumber to cap off the plumbing and an electrician (also at additional cost) to repair the wiring to my dishwasher. Neither of these were included in the 'we handle everything estimate'. Remediation was never actually completed as they never returned to remove the tenting or shut off their machine. I had to clean all that up myself. Once that was done, it took 2 weeks before they scheduled a painter to come out. I'm pleased with the work the painter did, but that was the last work that was done, and (as of 9/20) my kitchen remains largely unusable. 5 weeks ago I was told cabinets would take 3 weeks. Now they won't even give me a completion date.

They came and did a survey of all our vents and ducts, explained the entire process of how they would clean. We were very impressed with their professionalism and how detail they were in helping us understand the process. They started promptly and were done within the day

EE&G responded very quickly...they arrived and started working in less than two hours. The crew was very professional and even went above and beyond with their service. I would highly recommend EE&G if you are in need of any of their services that they offer.
