The work was done correctly and as far as i can tell the work was done right. they were on time and I pretty happy with the service. Responsiveness is quick and very professional. Price was too high, but I guess you pay for what you get.

Tracy in the office was very nice, gave me the soonest apt possible, including pricing. Sandy the electrician assessed our need, gave my husband several solutions & went right to work . He was done in a few hours, cleaned up & I was pleased with the final price & work done. I will definitely use them again & have already recommended them to 2 potential customers. Very Satisfied!!

Eau Gallie Electric Installed a backup house generator for us and we are very pleased with their service and professionalism. They explained each step of the purchase and installation and took care of the city permits. They were on time and when the job was done they explained all the details of its operation. What they quoted for the price was spot on. Great job!

Great. They were professional, honest and reasonable priced. Since the house was a rental they were able to contact tenant, schedule an apt and do the work. They also provided the needed documentation for the repair for my insurance.

Wonderful! The electrician arrived on time and it took about four hours to install the outlets. He verified where I wanted them. He wired them in, ran the conduit and tested everything out. Electrical work is not cheap and is not something I feel comfortable doing myself and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Great, I got an estimate from Adam in September and could not get it done financially then, but called in May and he worked with me to get my HOA approval, by signing the paperwork in one day! They came out did a pre-install re-estimate, listened to my location concerns and we decided to place the generator on the back end of my home and the transfer box in my garage. You will need to pay 30% up front, 60% at install and 10% for firing it up (I am at the 90% level right now). Their install team arrived on time and told me it would be an all day job and I would be without power for 2 hours at the end when they install while they did the final hook-ups. I had concerns with the transfer box interfering with my truck in the garage, but we did a fit check and everything fit great. We worked out the generator location to avoid my sprinklers and Sentricon Termite stations and they spent 10 minutes meansuring to make sure the pre-formed concrete pad was centered and far enough from the house not to get dripped on and was within code. After that I let them do their work. After I bought them lunch they worked tirelessly and professionally and after four hours were ready to cut the power to the house. After only 40 minutes, they had my power back on and were cleaning up their mess and debris, which they left absolutely none! I could not be happier, when I handed them the 60% check. All I need now is for the County Inspector to inspect their work and the gas line hook up and initial start-up. I will add to this review or another review for that portion of the install. I will have them back to add outlets and breakers in my garage for my workshop. The cost is for the review is the 90% solution. These guys are Pros. Use them and their services, I could not be happier!

They did a good job. We didn't have any problems with the light. I wasn't here when the guy was here, my husband was. So I don't really know much about it. But, they did a good job and my husband was happy. I can't remember how much it cost, but they did a good job and the light is still working. On responsiveness I can't remember it was too long ago, but I'm sure they were fine. Like I said I wasn't here. On professionalism I don't remember my husband complaining about anything so I'm sure they were professional. I wasn't here and my husband was happy with the work. In my opinion what stuck out was they did a good job. The light is working. They had to dig a trench to the condo. I think they were here most of the afternoon. It was a large part of the day they were here for several hours. They left the area clean & tidy.

The technician came out. He called while en route and when he arrived unfortunately they were doing something to our elevator and he had to climb the stairs which he did without complaint. He replaced some wiring and the problem was solved and also replaced the GFCI outlet which came with a much more secure cover. He cleaned up after himself and even responded to a question from my husband about our ceiling fan which led to our discovery that the design is lousy but there is nothing wrong with the fan. He was very polite and we were satisfied with the job.

Great! The company was courteous on the phone. They scheduled and were prompt in keeping the appointment. The technician brought the equipment needed to do the work. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. After Hurricane Irma I called again for a different breaker to be replaced and a different technician responded but provided the same level of service and quality. Responded promptly and I think even was able to come ahead of when he was scheduled on the day after calling first to confirm that would be okay. We will use this company again.

Troy arrived on time and was very professional. He went above and beyond by making sure my antique chandeliers would light without blowing the fuse again. I called at the last minute on a Thursday afternoon for a service call the following day (Friday) as I would be returning from a business trip and Friday was the only day I would be working out of my home. It's difficult to set up home service calls due to my travel schedule....I explained my crazy schedule and they were very understanding and accommodating. 'Nicks' service call was scheduled for 10:00am to assess the situation.....he was promptly at my front door at 9:45am....great start! What an awesome man....he was very professional, polite, courteous and got to work right away in diagnosing the electrical concerns with the home. Within less than 90 minutes...he had re-wired the two fans on the back porch to work independently of one another. Removed the motion photo cell from the front porch light, found the light switch for the garage coach lights and removed some crazy timer that had obviously been 'MacGyvered' for the garage lights and re-wired them to a switch I can now locate. He filled in the holes (in the wall) where the timer had previously been installed, swept up all the dust in every area he had worked in and to top it off....when I dropped the light bulb I was handing him for the garage....he insisted on cleaning it up that so I wouldn't get cut. In this day and age it seems hard to find individuals who take real pride in their work...no matter how small or large the job. Eau Gallie Electric should be proud to have 'Nick' as one of their team as he represents the very best in professionalism!

Billy came right on time and was in and out within the hour. He was able to change my outlet were the frigerator was plugged in and fixed my ceiling fan. I was so happy with his attitude and how fast he was. I will always us Eau Gallie Electric and will spread the word.

Bill was the serviceman. He called and asked if he could come early. He went right to work, checked everything on the checklist, fixed a rust problem, and answered all questions, He was professional, competent and friendly. Highly recommend.

The generator was placed and the cables buried the first day. The second day the transfer switch was married to the local power. Testing and powering the generator was delayed until the propane tank was installed, filled and tested. Then final testing and permit inspections were completed. The entire job was handled professionally and I was completely satisfied with installation and testing. I selected Eau Gallie because they offer service after the sale/

The whole experience was great. I will and have used them again since they did this install and have nothing but good to say about them. As a female I often find the companies coming out talk down to me. Eau Gallie electric treated me with respect and straightforwardness the whole time. They explained exactly what they would do, answered our questions and after we arranged a time and date they came on schedule, very professional, did the install, had it inspected, cleaned up and coordinated everything. We are very happy with them and will use them again if we need electrical work done.
