Description of Work: They showed up quickly, worked diligently to find the bad wire. When the daytime rate ended, they provided me the option to continue on overtime rates or wait til morning. I really appreciated the option and choose to continue the next day. Again they showed up promptly and completed the work with only one service call charge. We need more business like DURHAM AND SONS INC!

Description of Work: The men that came out to install my new air conditioner over a 3 day period. They took time to make sure every step entailed in taking out the old unit and installing the new one was completed with accuracy, ease of use for me, and left everything cleaner than it was before they got there (someone must have been a boy scout). The owner of the business stopped by a couple of times to see how things were going and to make sure it was all going smoothly. Since I live in FL, the company installed a window air unit to keep me cool while they were working over the 3 days. I asked if they would check out the attic for me. They did and reported the condition of the insulation and all the stuff up there back to me. I really appreciated that. Compared to an air conditioner installation by another company in 2013 at a different location, Durham and Sons were way above par with them. I wish I could go back in time so they could have installed that one. Before they left, they showed me everything I needed to know about the system and the new digital thermostat. I couldnt have been more pleased. They also do regular electrical work. If I ever need an electrition, they will be my first call. Thank you so much.
