Don't use 24 hour air I think they are to much I should have shopped around

Once you contract with this company, there is no customer service follow up. You are just a number. Still waiting for electrical work to be completed, as promised by installers.

Ryan was great. I would definately reccomend him to anyone and everyone. He is the very definition of what customer service should be like.

Dial plumbing charged me $500 for 2.5 hours of work and that was after he applied a senior discount. That comes out to about $200 per hour which is outrageous.

Installed new $12,000 HVAC 2015. Sold me over priced air filter and lied about it. Serviced unit 2x/year. During last service, drain clogged so they install a pan strip $50. Cost on Amazon is $5.00. Requested a refund. Did not even get a call back from manager or owner. Told them they lost my business but they just keep calling wanting that service money. No refund or manager call in 3 years.

They went out of their way to make new, bigger indoor unit fit in the original closet, including adding full size door.

Danny was very instructive in determining we should have put in a gas instead of an electric tankless water heater you did an excellent job on writing all the pipes and setting it up for us including return visits to adjust the temperature to my wife's liking

The process was great from the get go. We had a few hiccups along the way but they were quick to resolve the issues. The installers were very polite and professional and clean as well. They did a most excellent job and I would recommend to anybody. They replaced the complete a/c furnace system as well as the ductwork.

I had a very favorable experience with Duron. Honesty is important for me and the technician, John was very informative about the condition and life expectancy of my Jandy Heat pump for the pool. I would call Duron again, and I would insist on John being my repair man!

I began using Duron Smith several years ago based upon the recommendation of my, then, A/C contractor when he moved out of state. I have never been disappointed. My A/C System needed to be replaced so I called Duron Smith. Jobe McAnary their representative listened to my desire to basically replace my current system with a minimum of upgrades as its cooling and de-humidifying performance were very appropriate, but it had become unreliable. Jobe provided me with three candidate systems including pricing. The system was professionally installed and cooling within three working days.

No one ever called FYI would never recommend this company to anyone!!!
