Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical of Melbourne

I have had a contract with Del-Air to do scheduled maintenience for the last two years and so far they have been great. Always on-time or early, flexiable with my schedule and they don't try to up-sell me. Also, one time, service was done to my A/C and the technician had not connected a wire or something. I called Del-Air to tell them that the A/C unit was not working and that it was right after services; they immeditly came out and fixed it--no problems.

In 2010 we had to replace our 18 yr old A/C units for the house. We got the best deal with Del-Air. It was not an easy job since our home is older and both unit air handlers are in the attic. They did a great job under conditions that were not ideal. We decided to purchase their semiannual checkup and maintenance after the install. They notify me well in advance when a checkup is due, schedule the service and do a very good job (usually takes about 2 hours).
