Description of Work: I had ceiling lights that would not turn on. Dave came out and crawled thru my attic to find electrical runs that were not connected correctly. He attached them correctly and pulled wires that were just lying in the attic with no purpose or reason.

Description of Work: Absolutely will use David again. He is helpful, honest, efficient and professional. He replaced all kitchen outlets and faceplates, installed under cabinet lighting also in Kitchen. Have used him several times prior to this and will use him again!

Description of Work: I was experiencing severe flickering of the lights in my house. FPL told me the problem was probably the breaker panel in my house. Called Dave McCoy to check out the panel. He inspected the panel and tightened down all the connections but did not find any problems with the panel. (The flickering turned out to be an FPL problem discovered after they put a recording voltmeter on my power line. ) Dave McCoy also replaced several outlets and switches around the house.

During the thorough evaluation of the electrical panels, he found several issues that he corrected from other electrician's work. He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He stands by his work. We have recommended him to several other owners that have used him.
Description of Work: Wired bathroom during refurbishment (paid via Gen.Contractor). Installed a surge suppressor for our condo ($325). Provided an evaluation of all electric panels for our 15 unit condominium.
