It went great! Dave and his coworker fixed everything needed in about an hour. They were quick and professional. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone or to call them again for any other plumbing issues I encounter.

He showed up on time. Quickly found the problem. Fixed the toilet so that it flushed properly.

This is the third time I have used this plumber and he always does excellent work at a reasonable price!!

I had a hot water leak under my slab. When I realized this last night, I shut off the supply and called Dave first thing this morning, based on his advertisement on Bill Mick's radio program. I actually spoke directly with Dave and he said he could be here between 1230 and 1430. He was here on time. In my own efforts to discover the source of the leak I closed the supply valve to the hot water heater - an old valve that failed in the shut position. I knew I was going to be happy when he installed a replacement ball valve vice the slightly less expensive and significantly less reliable gate valve that was installed by the original home contractor. As an engineer, I have always been particular about the quality of workmanship and Dave and Mike clearly exceeded my expectations. They quickly located the leak under the slab using the latest detection technology and quickly effected the repair, a quality job all around. I highly recommend Dave's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning if you want a top-notch job at a very reasonable price!

It went very well. They arrived on time and quickly went to work. They discovered that the tanks were not being used and traced the city sewage lines as well as giving us a general outline of the septic tanks. They gave us their recommendations on how to fill in the tanks and some guidance on how a pool must be placed in relationship to the sewage lines. Both men were very knowledgeable and cordial. We previously had a general contractor and electrician for all the work around our house and now we have our plumber.

Was very pleased with Dave and associate -- cleaned up messy leak damage from dishwasher, arrived on time when they said they would, did not charge for first visit which determined part number for hot water dispenser, cannot rank this company high enough...

Dave's came out and inspected the plumbing prior to doing any of the work. He also explained the process prior to repairing the line. They were very quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

I was out of town and worked through my cat sitter; Dave and I spoke once on the phone. I had worked with Dave in the past and knew I could count on him to do what needed to get done at a fair price. I was right.

After taking a shower in the master bathroom, I stepped out of the shower into about 3 inches of water on the floor. The water leaked through the bathroom, into the hallway and into several other rooms. After cleaning up the mess, I tried to figure out what the problem was and soon discovered that grit and sand was coming up from the drain in the tub of the guest bathroom. Also water would flow onto the floor every time either toilet was flushed. I knew this was not a small plug and figured the repair job would be expensive. We called Dave's Plumbing and scheduled a time for him to come out. His secretary called the day of the appointment to say that he would be delayed because of another job but that he would be coming. Because we called for a next day appointment, I was not surprised that he was delayed. His schedule for that day had been booked long before we called. He did arrive late in the day and worked until dark to get the drain unplugged and working. Because of the late hour, he was not able to permanently patch the hole in the pipe but put a temporary patch in place and came back two days later to put the permanent patch in place. He went the extra mile to make sure the drain was properly connected to the city line and also placed markers in the ground where the patch was made and where the line connects to the city line. He was professional, polite, worked the entire time and charged a very fair price for his labor. We will certainly use his company again.

Dave came on time, was professional, he wasn't finished when I had to leave, so he finished the job, left a bill and let himself out. No problems at all, and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I couldn?t recommend them more highly. They are just terrific people. We had a leak and they cleaned up the leak. It leaked in places that we didn?t even know and they cleaned that out, underneath the sink. They lived up to their advertisement. We had a problem with the faucet; it was leaking. They took the thing apart and they didn?t have to do that. They could have just said that we needed another whole new faucet. However, they took it apart and found out the part that was missing and they helped me to make it work. They also told me that the part was under warranty. I would say that already they saved us more money than they can possibly charge.

The plumber was early and gave me good advice about where to purchase the replacement parts from. He did the work promptly and cleanly. I would use his services in the future too.

My initial phone call was returned promptly. Dave showed up on time & called ahead to say he was on his way. Installed the disposal, & was very professional & cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

I called Dave on Sunday morning because I heard what sounded like a leak in my pipes. Dave referred me to a leak location. Once the leak was located under my kitchen floor and the area was prepped, Dave repaired the offending pipes. He also removed moldy dry wall for me. I was impressed by Dave's punctuality, the quality of his work and the way he cleaned up when he was done. It was a very professional job.

We live in Orlando and had to coordinate the repair from here to Melbourne. The job was done in a very timely fashion and my father-in-law was very pleased, which is not an easy thing. We would highly recommend this company for any plumbing job that might need to be done.

It's no fun when the plumbing is too old in a rental home and you cannot make repairs to old pipes under the slab. Cost and quality of work was a factor. I shopped at four companies. Dave returned my initial phone call within an hour. We discussed the balance between cost, a fix that would last ten years, and keeping a nice look to the house, given that some pipes would be on the exterior. Dave was up-front on work details and price. He proposed a great solution. Still, I smartly shopped several other plumbing companies for their prices, availability and solutions. After a day or two, it was clear that Dave was the best choice. Further, Dave was willing to complete the job in three days and start within a week. Dave didn't perform the work. For re-plumb work, he has a skilled assistant. I was a bit concerned at first. Yet, his worker showed up on time, had the materials on-hand, and worked diligently in a hot attic into the evening hours. He didn't miss a beat and the job was completed a day early (because he worked morning to evening). I was pleased because I wanted minimal interruption to the tenants. Everything was cleaned up. I had a friend inspect the work, a smart guy who is picky about home repairs. There was only one tweak requested, running copper pipe in a certain area because we wanted more durability than PVC on an outer wall. Dave's assistant came back that afternoon at no charge and completed our request. The work passed my friend's standards. Dave followed up with his own inspection of the work done (good quality control). There have been no leaks. This was a costly job. I had to make the right choice, and I did.
