The service and everything was good. Everything was an A, they were awesome.

I was extremely pleased with this service. It took a couple of days to begin their scheduled I can’t fault them for that. They came and took care of the job extremely quickly. Even thought it was a small job, they were very professional. They explained what they had to do and what they did. I was impressed with them.

Once he came out to the house, he worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done.

Initially the washer spigots needed to be changed to prepare for a new washer. I also noticed water damage on the underside of the vanity along the back wall in the hallway bathroom. I didn't think this was too bad because there is no wetness. It was not till while in the bathroom (seated..you figure it out) that I saw a pile of wood debris, similar to sawdust on the right underside below the door of the vanity. After I was done, I examined the debris and this led me to see more damage on the right side wall inside. This time I was not sure if this was active (wet) or not. I made pencil marks along the edge of the stain to check for gradual increase in size. To me this too was not active but in the back of my mind, I needed a professional opinion. This is when I called Dave, from a result of a search on Angie's and reading the reviews. Dave and his partner checked the plumbing lines from the tub to toilet then over to the vanity then around to the master bedroom bath which seemed to share the lines. Of course Dave didn't have to rip any walls to check, his experience didn't require it. He noticed that the staining in the walls of the vanity were not active, and in fact Dave was able to poke a finger into the stained part of the right wall, and said its similar to dry rot, but still keep an eye on it. He did not have to do any work, and advised against it. I also have some tile damage around the bathtub, and Dave suggested he take a look at it while the tile is removed during repair at a later date. Dave and his partner then moved onto the spigots in the laundry room. The cowling had to be removed for better access. In spite of the location of the water heater, the guys got the spigots removed with a good deal of effort. Replacements were installed with all the necessary sealing in the threads. Dave warned that if there is some leakage around the spigots, to go ahead and tighten them about 1/4 turn. I got my washer 2 weeks ago, and for the 4-5 washings I did thus far, there's no leakage. So far so good. I'm so glad that Dave did not have to go through some "spiel" on the "need" to repair the bathroom. No unnecessary work there. Just watch it from time to time as he suggested.

They did a good job trying to dig up all the dirt and get to the lines. They had to put new lines in because tree roots were growing through the lines. They were here when they said they would be. They worked hard. We also got estimates from other people, but we felt like they were exceptional. Their price was reasonable. The quality of service was excellent.

They arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. Very pleased with the company.

Quick (same day) Complete Clean Professional

Dave came out the same day I called and did the work in a timely manner. He also replumbed all of the pipes under the kitchen sink that had been dismantled. Very nice man and a very fair price. I just recommended him to another widow who needs a hot water heater replaced.

He was really prompt. I talked to him probably about eleven in the morning and he was there by about 1:30 or 2:00 o'clock. He cleaned up the drain and I have no problems at all.

I called to scedule a time for someone to come out and look at my hotwater heater. The answereing sevrivce took my informaiton. I recieved a call back with in the hour. I explained my hotwater heater was not making enough hot water. Dave thought it might be just bad elements because, I did not know how old the heater was. Dave arrived on time with another worker. Upon inspection it was determined that there was a bad element however, the tank was starting to leak. The element could be changed however, it would be only a matter of time before the whole tank would go. I decided to just replace the whole tank. Dave came back the next day to do the install which took about an hour. Dave was very personable and took time to answer all our questions. I even asked him took look at my vanity and sink in the bathroom that I want to replace. He took the time to look at it and take measurements. I deffinately will use him for future jobs!!

Went well. Good communication, Showed up when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves. Price was reasonable.

Replacement went well and they cleaned up afterwards. They were very nice to come and replace my leaking water heater quickly since I was going out of town.

We originally called Dave's Plumbing to find the cause of a leak from our master shower. It was leaking into the room below and had done some damage to the ceiling. They gave me an appointment time, unlike the other plumbing companies I called that gave me a ballpark time of 4-5 hours when they should be there. When Mike (the plumber) came out, he was able to detect the cause of the leak (at a cost of $95.00) and gave us an estimate of $140 to repair it. I had purchased two kitchen faucets (we have two full sinks in our kitchen) and had not as yet had them installed, so I asked him for an estimate for that as well. He told me it would run about $190 (two hours labor) to install them. I also asked him to replace one of our garbage disposals. He looked at the garbage disposal, reset it, and we saved the cost of a new garbage disposal and installation! No charge for that! Mike was to come back the next day to do the repair and faucet installation. Due to my schedule, he was to call me after he finished one job to be sure he could come do ours. He ran late on his previous job, so my husband was here when he arrived, because I had to leave for work. When I came home from work, I was pleasantly surprised to find out our bill was $90.00 less than his estimate!

Two workers arrived at the time they said they would and took care of the job in a reasonable amount of time, were courteous and friendly, and when they left, the area they were working in was spotless! I will defiantly use Dave's Plumbing again!

He’s a really great plumber. I’ve used the same plumber a couple of times when I’ve had a leak in the house and when I’ve had my house flooded. I’ve used him for a whole bunch of stuff. He's really good and very honest. He worked on my neighbor’s house recently this year. He came out a couple of years ago on Christmas Eve when I had a flood in my concrete. There was water leaking in the slab there. It was remarkable for somebody to do that. He’s very good. I would highly recommend him. He’s upright and he doesn’t overcharge for what he does. He’s on time. He’s very professional. He’s the only one who I use. He was recommended to me and I used him. Sometimes recommendations aren’t always the best because everybody perceives different people in different ways, but with him my experience has been excellent.

He was prompt, courteous and very clean. He did the job and left. I was okay with the price. I couldn’t fix it and he did, so it was worth it.

We got him off of Angie's List. This particular model of Moen tub and shower faucet is really prone to having the cartridges break down if you don't use them regularly. My son was deployed so he wasn't around his house for months at a time. When he got home, he didn't have any hot water because the cartridges had broken down in both showers. Dave was wonderful on all counts.

They were able to estimate the work over the phone and they completed the work quickly and even did a temporary patch of the wall so we'd have time to repair the stucco. The final price was under the initial esitmate. This is a good and honest company and they do good work. They've recently bid some more involved plumbing work at our house (moving a drain, installing a bath tub) at a very reasonable price and we expect to be using them in the future to do this.

The job was done rapidly and neatly with everying returned to the original location. I highly recommend Dave's plumbing.
