Flawless and quick work. Chet was very professional and went above and beyond to explain and replace what was going on. Answered additional questions and the quote was spot on.

Water supply was hooked up efficiently to fridge. THe water flow and drainage problem in the Master Bathroom were taken care of in an efficient way. It took coming back the following day to remidy the flow, but it was done quickly and professionally.

After taking my telephone call, the serviceman showed up promptly and replaced our 10-year-old water heater. The installation went smoothly, the work area was left in great condition, and the old water tank was removed. The serviceman went through the adjustments that might need to be made, depending on water temperature, and answered all of my questions. It was a very professional and pleasant interaction.

It's hard to find a company these days that communicate every aspect of the work to be done and scheduling in such a professional manner. Dave's Plumbing met this professionalism. Teague did a professional job with the work to be done in minimal time. Liz who coordinated the scheduling was awesome on letting me know when the job would be done and by whom. Dave quoted me a price and there was no deviation from the quote after the job was complete. I will be more than glad to call this company again for any of my plumbing needs. Valve was practically hidden in brick wall. Teague replaced the valve and extended it like it should’ve been done during construction. Incredible job & extremely knowledgeable & professional. They’re now my plumbers from now on.

They responded very quickly after my request for quotes through Angie's List. We arranged for service the following day. They needed to arrive later than originally planned but they called to make sure it would still work for us. Work was completed efficiently and the area was cleaned up nicely after installation. The paperwork needed for rebate was provided promptly via email.

I posted a quote request on Angie's List on a Sunday and received a call from Dave's office less than an our later. Dave came out to our house the next day and and did a great job replacing our hot water tank. Both Dave and his office staff are very professional and courteous!

In my old tiled shower, over top an old steel tub, when I realized that the divert-er valve was shot, and with a professional conformation, i figured this was gonna take a plumber and too much for me to attempt myself. Thank goodness I realized this. As I watched the very experienced plumber Keague that "Dave's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning" sent out, and all of the numerous complications that arose due too poor construction practices back in the 80's when it was built, he figured out how to handle every obstacle thrown at him. The price seemed very reasonable for what this man had to go through. I would recommend them to anyone. Sorry if I spelled your name wrong.

Well after watching YOUTube videos I thought both repairs would go smoothly. I was so wrong! Upon lifting the toilet base off the floor, Dave found a broken plastic floor flange which needed chipped out and replaced. As to the Shower Cartridge, the Melbourne water was not kind to the Cartridge. The Youtube video shows a repair on a new cartridge. It makes it appear so easy. Dave took off the handle and lifted up the retaining clip, this is where the procedure became difficult. Dave used his special tool to twist the cartridge clockwise then counterclockwise and then proceeded to pull the Cartridge out of the Copper tube. After twisting and pulling for a couple of minutes , Dave was able to pull out pieces of the cartridge. This twisting and pulling went on for several more minutes. Eventually when all of the pieces were extracted, he made certain that he got all of the parts. He even reconstructed the two side rubber Gaskets to make sure there were no old parts left in the copper pipe which would impair the functionality of the new Cartridge. He also generously lubricated the O Ring and the two Rubber side gaskets with the Moen supplied grease. Watching Youtube repair Videos don't always give you a true idea how much unforeseen difficulty you might encounter. My advice is to hire a Professional. In my opinion, Dave is an excellent plumber with many years of experience.

I was in another state and my renter called saying that the hot water heater was leaking all over the place. Since it was over 10 years old I decided to have a new one put in. I've used Dave's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning several times before and decided to call them. They set an appointment on the day that my renter would be home and they arrived on time. They put in a new shut off valve, expansion valve, hot water heater, and even an over flow pan for if it was ever needed. The service person was polite and cleaned up the area. I was happy with the service.

Dave arrived on time assessed the work to be done. At each step of job he completed made sure the work was done to our satisfaction before moving on to the next job. Was done in no time. All the work was done professionally, the entire bathroom was cleaned up and back in use. Would definitely recommend Dave again I'm going to have them do some more plumbing work in the near future on the other bathroom.

Dave was very professional and the work was completed without any complication. I had a 50 gal water heater installed. The previous water heater was one that was leased by the previous home owners. After contacting the leasing company, Dave even hauled the old water heater away.
