Dave's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Dave and his co-worker showed up on time and located the source of the leak quickly. They got straight to work and fixed the problem by installing a new vent pipe. After the repair, they snaked the drain pipe, cleaned the work area and offered advice on how to prevent future problems in our old 1964 plumbing. If a plumber is needed, Dave is our go to guy without hesitation.

I had a leak upstairs in the bathroom and wasn't able to get a hold of my landlord, so I joined this site to try to find someone.

Dave and his helper showed up on time and confirmed the work to be done. They completed the job quickly and were much cleaner than I expected for removing a drain and concrete. Dave patched up the area around the new drain and even a few areas I had gouged out when I removed the previous concrete pan & liner. As a female do it your self person, Dave explained how to handle the questions I had with proper slope and weep holes for the shower floor as I move on to step 2. I will definitely use Dave's Plumbing again.

He's great, but has gotten pricey.

Dave and assistant were very professional, and thorough in their inspecion of my plumbing needs. They quickly accessed the necessary problems and fixed them as required. The price was very fair for the work completed. I will certainly call Dave for future plumbing needs.

I called Dave's at 3pm on a Friday. He returned the call at 5:30 that afternoon. We scheduled the a visit for the following Monday between 10am and noon. They showed up on time, had what he needed to make the repairs. The work was done through the hallway wall when others had said the tub needed to be removed. The price very reasonable. They were pleasant, worked quickly cleaning up when done. I used Dave's for other work on 4 days later and plan to use him again. I'm recommending him to my friends.

He is a honest christian man and he is excellent. I had to have my water heater replaced. My water heater was still under warranty and he removed it, took it to Lowe's where they replaced it and reinstalled it at a very reasonable price. If I have plumbing need I will definitely be using him again in the future

It went well....Dave and his son did a great job in all aspects of their assignments they agreed to perform. They cleaned up after they had completed and made sure everything was working properly. I was very pleased with the job they did for me ...........no complaints what so ever.

I originally called with a request to help replace my water heater's relief valve (as I was hopeful for a cheap fix to my water-heater woes) but Dave patiently explained and convinced me that the water heater needed to be replaced. -- He was quick, had a great price, and was very friendly. I called him after trying others recommended by Angie's List, he was the first to respond and was hired! . Dave and his partner came prepared to install a new system. They were quick & efficient and they were in and out in 1 hour! I was very impressed.

I called them and left a message and my call was promptly returned. I was able to get an appointment for the next day with a 2 hour window. They arrived promptly and went straight to work. My main concern was a leaky kitchen faucet. And I wanted a quote on having hot water run to my outside shower. They fixed the leak within minutes and it hasn't leaked again. I thought their quote of $150 was fair for the hot water since they would have to drill through concrete block so I told them I wanted that done too. They did that pretty quick also and so far it is working great. I think I have found my new plumbers!!

Very responsive, professional, friendly, and caring contractor. One of the best I have ever encountered. Very down to earth, and keeps it simple and straight forward. Very transparent on the pricing, as well as fair. Really can't say enough about how good the work was they did for us. He was here on time and did great work. He finished in no time and was very neat and clean. He answered my original call right away. They are really very good.

They returned my call the same day and came over the same day. They found the problem very quickly and fixed it right away.

Dave and Mike arrived as promised and had the problem analysed in quick order and snaked out the problem drain and had it flowing smoothly in short order. They were very careful not to make a mess and cleaned up afterwards. We also had them remove the garbage disposal and replumb that drain at our request. In addition, they were quite helpful at providing suggestions on how to maintain the drains in good operating condition to help avoid future problems. I would definitely recommend Dave and will use him again for any plumbing needs. I also felt they were very fairly priced.

Dave's plumbing installed a new natural gas water heater at my house. I called at 4:00PM to get a quote. Dave's plumbing answering services told me that Dave would call me in15 minutes , which he did. Dave told me about the natural gas water heater rebate Program from Florida City Gas which saved me $350 on my total cost (purchase + installation). Dave's came on a Saturday morning which was very convenient since my wife and I both work. Dave also had to replace my old shut off valve, extend the vent and install an expansion tank at no additional expenses. Dave was very courteous and he answered any questions I had regarding my new water heater. I will use him again if I have more plumbing needs in the future.
