Dave's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

It was one of those "oops" freak out moments. On a Sunday... I searched Angie's List and called a few of the top rated plumbers hoping someone would be able to correct my weekend warrior mistake. I called Dave's number listed here and a lady answered whom took my information (maybe an answering service?). Dave called me back within 15 minutes of the initial call and let me know he couldn't get to me until Monday afternoon (I was grateful he even called me back on a Sunday! Some of the other calls i made went straight to voice mail). We setup a time and he arrived right on the dot. He and his associate successfully corrected my idiotic mistake by removing a section of the copper pipe and replacing / sweating a new pipe in its place. Dave and his associated were professional and very courteous. I can't wait for my next disaster so I may call upon them again!

These guys were great. They were on time, professional and friendly answering all our questions about the problem that it was not installed correctly to begin with when the home was built and they replaced it with good quality materials. They were punctual, efficient and cleaned up any mess created by the job of replacing the bolts and resetting the toilet base. We would recommend them as dependable, fast and reasonably priced.

I cannot thank you enough. As we all know, not everyone is always available when you need them in that specific time frame as was this case. Dave from Dave's plumbing called me back the very same evening I left him message and even gave me a number to call later that evening if I had questions. He put me in touch with another plumber in my area that was able to come out sooner. Having a great work network is important, and in this case was a life saver!!!!!!! Not only did Dave put me in touch with a extremely good plumber, Dave followed up on the progress, asked me if I was happy, (which I absolutely was) and made sure I was taken care of. He again let me know to call him if I have any questions or if there was anything else I needed! Thank you Dave and you all at Dave's plumbing! Dave and assistant showed up on time and got right to work and fixed the clogged drain. Very professional and reasonable price wise; they will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing problem .

Had Kitchen and garage flooding just before Christmas, Dave's Plumbing returned my call promptly and had the plumber contact me to give me his arrival time. The owner even came by to lend me a wet-vac. The plumber, Mike, let me watch what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Problem turned out to be two holes in a 2' section of my hot water line below the foundation. Mike found the problem with minumal damage to the kitchen tiles. I was very happy with their service and I highly recommend.

Really fixed the problem on my urinal. Much faster shut off time, using much less water.

Called this morning, was told they'd be by later in the day. Showed up as expected; Mike was here perhaps 1/2 hour, in which he cleared the backed up drain; added a trap to the dishwasher drain line; lengthened two pipes to correct the drainage angle from the garbage disposal, and re-sealed a slow-leaking trap.

Called 20 minutes before arriving. Analyzed problem. Fixed it quickly with very professional pipe work.

Dave and his partner arrived on time, explained what they needed to do and went right to work. Within an hour or so they had removed the leaking worn fixture. The opening for the fixture was enlarged to accept the new replacement faucet. A new fixture was soldered in and installation was completed. A function test and complete clean up was done. One would never know a plumbing problem ever existed let alone that 2 plumbers with a grinder, a propane torch with all the debris they generate were ever there. Great job

Looking for leaks in crawl space water pipe, copper and PVC. Partially successful. They suggested re-plumbing of all water piping

I had a contractor install a tankless hot water heater as part of a renovation. It would take almost 10 minutes for the tankless water heater to provide hot water to the kitchen. The contractor who recommended the system and did the initial work wanted more money to fix the problem. He also did other things incorrectly, so I decided to find someone different. I found Dave's Plumbing on Angie's list. They had a great rating and a fair price compared to their competitors. They installed a hybrid hot water heater and fixed mistakes made by the previous plumbing contractor. They also installed a recirculating pump so that there is no delay in hot water.

Emailed Dave and he gave me a price range. Called him and he was doing a job in the same city and said he could come by that afternoon as soon as he finished and he'd call first. He called, we were home, he came and the job was done! I should note the actual supply line was larger than I thought, requiring a larger valve. He still honored his original estimate.

I called many plumbers and only Dave and one other plumber called me back right away on an early Saturday. I was on the phone with another plumber that called back when Dave called me back. I did not use Dave this time because the other plumber said he would be out in an hour. If this other plumber had not called, I would definitely have used Dave. His return call so promptly on a Saturday morning speaks to his excellent customer service commitment. Thanks Dave, I'll be calling you again!

Quality of work was excellent. It was completed quickly and the area was completely cleaned up. The access to the pipes was a bit inconvenient, but Dave was able to do the job without tearing up the wall any further. I would definitely recommend him.
