Dave and his assistant were very prompt and responsive. There work was well done and they were both very professional. They had everything they needed with them and were able to quickly make the repair. They cleaned up after themselves and we were left with a very favorable impression. We recommended them to our parents for a small repair and they were also very satisfied with the service they received.

I called Dave to explain that our once fantastic icemaker was no longer producing any ice at all. It had been this way for at least a month. Nothing we tried fixed the problem and we tried everything we could think of...blowdrying the line, defrosting the fridge, etc. Once the temps started soaring into the 90s every day we were getting tired of making 'ice runs' to Publix, Walmart or a gas station so often. We spoke to Dave on a Wednesday and he came out to address the problem on Friday. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and repaired the water line to the fridge. The icemaker started filling with water immediately, but Dave and his 1 man crew waited around to make sure that the water was getting colder and freezing. While waiting, we happened to mention that an old, unused water filtering system under the laundry room sink broke one morning and flooded the kitchen many months ago. This filter had been put on by the first owner of the house back in the '90s. It was as large as a gas grill LP tank and had so many intertwined water lines it was impossible to tell if taking it apart would compromise other plumbing in the house. We had shut off the filter's main water line when the problem happened, but removing it had looked way too complicated. Dave said he could take a look at the problem right now and he had the thing taken apart and removed in no time at all. Plus, he hauled it away for us. He also called us the very next day to ask how our ice maker was working! Excellent plumbing service! Excellent plumber! You can tell he cares about his customers. I appreciate Dave talking to me on the phone and letting me know he did not have the equipment to find the leak and his recommendation was an excellent plumber.

Dave called me and provided the information I needed to purchase a new toilet. Then, Dave scheduled the toilet installation within two days. The toilet installation was perfect and the water supply line works great too (the old water supply line took too long to fill the tank). Dave and his assistant were very courteous. The work was performed in a professional manner.

I must say I was very impressed from the start. My call was answered promptly, I was told Dave would contact me to set up a day and time for the repair. Dave called within 30 minutes and we made arrangements for Dave to come out on a time that was convenient for me. On the day of the repair Dave called to let me know he would be at my location within the hour. Dave arrived as scheduled with his helper, Mike and we discussed the problem I had with the toilet. Dave and Mike were amazing, within the hour they had completely fixed ever problem I had. They removed the toilet, removed the flange bolts and replaced with double max flange bolts. Replaced the wax ring with a extra thick wax ring. Replaced the water supply line and fill valve. Reinstalled the toilet, shimmed the toilet to get it level and caulked around the base of the toilet. Toilet is now rock solid and the repair price was reasonable . After Dave and Mike left one would not have known they were here. There was no mess left for me to clean! Any other plumbing problems, you can bet I'm calling Dave's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. And you should too!

I went on AL and selected Dave's as my first choice. Same day, within a few hours, they arrived, assessed the problem and in less than an hour repaired the damage. Better still, when I got my water bill I realized I had incurred a 1200% increase in my normal usage and subsequent monthly charge. I could only request a refund from the water company with proof of repairs. Dave's staff was quick to email me the doc I needed to make the request.

Very pleased. Dave and one other person came to the house. They were pleasant, courteous and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. At first there were some complications getting the faucet opened and that made me very glad I did not try to do the job myself. The job was quick and painless. Dave even gave me a little lesson in how to turn the hot and main water mains off if something every happened where I needed to do so.

Dave was terrific. His price was significantly lower than another plumber, who told us he didn't even know why we needed a laundry tub anyway! In any case, IF this "other individual" had agreed to install it,HIS method would have required my husband to perform significant demolition and framing, before Mr. Wonderful would charge us about $500 for the job. Needless to say, Dave was a breath of fresh air. Prompt, cleaned up beautifully, honored our discount,and provided a perfect solution.. No wonder he's so highly rated.

I spoke to Dave on the phone and told him of the leak which appeared to be behind the wall and unable to tell where it was coming from. He did state that it was probably a pin hole leak in the piping and it turned out he was right. He said he would be able to send someone out but it would be later in the day when he finished up another job. The plumber showed up right on time and quickly located the pin hole leak which was spraying but was not visible to the eye without shining a light at just the right angle. It was probably 10-15 minutes and the leak was repaired including the installation of a new valve. Prompt and professional service. I will use them again as the need arises.

Dave is the best. I recommend him to my girlfriend who also was very happy with his work. She needs to write a review. I will always use Dave. He is always on time. Comes as soon as possible. And his price is the best around.

Dave is a professional, energetic man. He got all the work done quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and left. I'll be using him again, and I've passed his name on to two friends who asked for a reference. There were no problems with the completed installation.

Dave and Mike arrived on time and went right to work. They had to cut a hole in the exterior block wall to access the leak which turned out to be caused by using copper pipe to connect to a cast iron fitting. The copper piped corroded due to galvanic action. They replaced the four foot length of copper pipe with PVC pipe and the problem was solved. They also replace an old leaky kitchen faucet with a brand new Delta faucet I supplied. They cleaned up the work area and were friendly, professional and did the job quickly and expertly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job.

When we called, we were told that Dave was in the area and could come within the hour. When he arrived, he told us that the wrong parts were sent. He looked things over, to see if any minor repairs would take care of the problem, but this wasn't the case. He offered to speak to Moen if we wanted to call again and try to order new parts. But then we knew he'd have to come back another time.......My husband asked if he could just replace the whole kitchen faucet with a new one w/ sprayer and he did have a new Delta faucet in his truck. So that's what he did. In less than an hour he was gone, and we had a brand new working kitchen faucet w/ sprayer. He also replaced new water lines with the faucet. We felt the work he did was great and his pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely keep his card on our fridge and call him if we need any plumbing work done in the future.

There was a pre-visit to give an estimate. The estimate was for $100 plus parts and labor. Total came to around $200. A few days later, three employees showed up and removed the grill to access the plumbing. The water needed to be short off and after a short break was taken to acquire parts the sink was able to be used. Dave and his crew were professional and courteous. Work was done quickly and cleanly. Would call on his services again if needed.

Dave was very informative when I first spoke with him on the phone. He was familiar with my neighborhood and told be he had done a couple other slab leak repairs on the same street in the past. I was very worried about the logistics of fixing the leak. Dave and his assistant were able to remove the bottom of the kitchen cabinet and create an access hole without having to damage any of the kitchen tiles. The whole job was done in three hours, and left no mess. The guys were very courteous and professional, and even fixed another small plumbing issue I was having at no extra charge. Dave explained to me what it would cost to re-plumb my house if I keep having issues. I would definitely use Dave's Plumbing in the future and will recommend them to any friends and coworkers in Melbourne that are having plumbing problems.

I was a first time customer. I called on a Friday @ noon. My water was turned off by water company due to leaky pipe. Mike rearranged his schedule so he could come out that afternoon. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and I had water for the weekend! Mike was courteous and professional. He even called after he left to relay additional info. I would definitely hire again.
