Dave's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Fantastic. Dave and Mike came out and were great. They both gave suggestions that were very much appreciated. They were supposed to come the day before, but had some emergencies come up. I appreciated the great communication. I am going to use them to put in a new hot water tank, three toilets and whatever else comes up as we update our house. Thank you Dave and Mike, we'll be seeing you soon!

The kitchen faucet, installed by the house builder, was only four years old. Water from that faucet contained sooty-looking material. Dave himself and his excellent assistants Mike and Richard examined the faucet, determined that the source of the sooty matter was the faucet itself. They replaced the faucet, installed our Aquasana water filter system, and also discovered and replaced a potentially defective water valve at the outdoor connection to the city water system. That last item alone could have caused substantial problems had it broken. The entire job took about 90 minutes and cost $445, including the cost of the upgraded faucet at $200. They removed all the old parts, left everthing clean and working without leaks or sooty stuff. I consider that cost to be a bargain and the service was terrific. Overall, an excellent job.

Richard arrived on time and immediately figured out where the problem was located. He then went up on the roof, snaked our kitchen drain and we are clog free. Also, he was very patient with our overprotective dog. We appreciate the prompt service that we received from Dave's Plumbing and will definitely call them again.

Went very well. One of Dave's plumber's called me on the day of installation and gave me a time that he would be out. Needless to say he was true to his word. He got to the house introduced himself (sorry forgot his name) and proceeded to get right to work. I talked to him as he was working and asking some questions and he didn't seem to mind at all. I watched him removed the old one and install the new one. I will be getting a rebate from the gas company as well. His work was very professional. Very clean work and cleaned up after he was finished. Excellent Job! I have had Dave and his co-worker do some work inside my home and there work is very professional. Communication is great, and they know how to do the job right. As long as I am in this home, they will be doing all my plumbing needs. Thanks for the great work!

We called because there was clearly a leak in our upstairs bathroom, we could see it in the drywall downstairs. They came and cut a small square in our ceiling and immediately found the leak. It was not obvious where it was coming from but the guy found it like a pro and really quickly. Also, the drywall cut in our popcorn ceiling was very neat, making it easy to put the square back in. He fixed it quickly and completely and knew what he was talking about. He clearly had a lot of experience. They were very responsive by phone and text and flexible with timing. Highly recommend and would use again.

Fast, efficient, replumbing a total mess of pipes under my sink, paring down to just 2 pipes and leaving me a whole lot more room. They made sure that the dishwasher, disposal, etc. were all going to work right too. I would call Dave's again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to several friends.

Fantastic service. I love that you can schedule an appointment on Saturday and not pay overtime hours. I scheduled this in advance as I knew when my granite countertops (I do not recommend Stonecrafters for granite counters) would be installed. Dave called me back within minutes when I called and left a message to request an appointment. He told me to ask the granite company if I needed to wait 24 hours after granite installation. I'm glad he did, as this was necessary, and I was originally going to have him out immediately after granite installation to install the sink plumbing and new faucet. Mike was very efficient and knew what he was doing. He switched out a part that came with the new sink because he showed me how the cheap plastic fitting that came with the sink would degrade quickly. He used a stainless part he had on the truck instead. These guys were great. I highly recommend them.

It should say something about this experience that we came back to them for repeat business. Very professional, friendly to deal with and talk to, knew their stuff and were quick about their work. Cleaned up after themselves and had a nice chat about family and our common upbringing. I don't want my plumbing to break down, but when it does, I will call on them a third time.

I have contracted Dave's Plumbing 3 times for my townhome in Palm Bay. We purchased a foreclosure that needed ALOT of plumbing work amongst everything else. Dave and team have provided outstanding service, punctuality, professionalism, quality product, and have been very helpful in recommending the right plumbing products to buy. I needed to replace all of the 3 commodes in the home because they are the original 3 gallon water capacity bowls which waste water. The 3 commodes weren't functioning well. Dave recommended a cost effective 1.5gallon commode and we replaced all 3 of them! Dave and team are extremely honest, and his pricing is excellent. If you are within the Palm Bay & Melbourne area, please consider a heartfelt recommendation for their service. I have found my plumber until he retires!

We contacted them on Monday and they were here Wed afternoon. It took him less than a half hour to do the job.

Dave was prompt, knowledgable and thorough. We recently moved in to a new home and soon found the kitchen sink backing up. Dave arrived on time, ably identified the problem and quickly resolved it. We have had no further issues with the sink and everything drains easily.

He did not have the proper equipment to find out where the water was coming from so we had to go with another company. However, his service was great.

Mike from Dave's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, Inc. was prompt and professional. He had all the tools and parts he needed and had the leaking pipes replaced in 1/2 hour. We're very pleased.

I was in need of a plumber, one of the toilets was leaking in the tank. I've fixed dozens of toilets with the same issue. When I took the tank lid off, I'd never seen one like it. My Father and I both had never come across one like this. I called several plumbers, Dave returned my call later that afternoon after I had scheduled another person to come out. He asked me about the toilet, and in less than five minutes talked me through fixing it. He even told me what gasket to buy at Home Depot. Since I've moved here, he just became my plumber of choice. I would call him in a second should any situation arise.

Dave was professional, on time, and charged what he said he would. Setting the appointment was convenient and easy. I sent a message through Angie's list on a Sunday afternoon. He responded within an hour or so. I texted a picture of the problem and we scheduled an appointment. Very convenient!

Dave and Mike came out on short notice to diagnose a problem missed by a Kenmore factory technician's warranty visit. The factory service technician did not take time to fully check the system and missed the leak, but still charged for a service call, claiming the issue was in the installation, no longer under Kenmore warranty. When Dave and Mike tested it more thoroughly, they saw that the issue was not in the fitting, but rather in the tank, showing clear signs. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I would recommend them and happily use them again.

One of Dave's plumbers (Richard) called me to give me his ETA and was right on time. He was very friendly and professional, getting the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I asked him about replacing the flush valve in the powder room toilet tank & he said there would be no charge if he could get it done within the time frame they were charging for already. He completed that job in record time and there was no additional charge! Richard cleaned up after himself, taking the old pvc pipes with him.

The two gentlemen that came were within the 2 hour time frame for arrival. They came in got to work, were very nice and explained everything they were going to do before hand. They even gave us some pointers on things that we could do in the house in the future that I was not aware of. They cleaned up after themselves and were very neat. I will definitely have them again to do more work.

This was the best service call I have ever had. I had scheduled to have a garbage disposal replaced and had a toilet that constantly ran. When they arrived I had them also check the DW that had leaked the night before and a second toilet just to make sure it was ok. They included two more problems with no complaint. They explained everything they were doing and why. They were polite,knowledgable and quick. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Angie's List.

We cannot brag on Dave's serviced enough. He responded immediately to my AL request, he was polite on the phone, he came out to inspect our broken water heater the same day, and he replaced the water heater the next day. He also knew that there was a rebate promotion which saved us $350 off our new water heater. Cherry on top: Dave offered to do a few non-plumbing projects that he could see were needed at very reasonable price. Dave's work, demeanor and professionalism were simply outstanding. We can't encourage you enough to contact him for your plumbing needs!

Dave was on time, immediately went to work and discovered cracks in two shower arms while working on the shower controls. Both were cracked and he solved a small leak problem which we would never have seen ourselves. His helper Mike was equally as diligent and these two men were in and out with great work, great attitude and a great price. Without fail we will use Dave again when needed.

Fast call back when called answering service. Came out same day for leaking water heater. Very good service and responsiveness. Would recommend to others.
