Description of Work: Initial service call 4/20/11 for not cooling. Charged $88. Technician said outside drain was clogged causing shut down of system. Used my outdoor water hose to "clear" it. Had to call them back out 2 days later--technician said I needed a new accumulator. Charged me $208. Inconsistent "diagnoses" based on who shows up at your door. Not able to recoup service charge from previous call.
