+ -1 moreDon is quiet, professional, capable and more than fair in assigning his time sheet. Whenever we have a problem we call Don and he shows up promptly. If we call him in the AM he often shows up before the end of the day. More importantly, he solves problems diligently, and leaves us relieved and happy with his work.
Description of Work: Don has serviced our PC's (2) over many dates for the past 3 years. We have had lost email files, frozen cursor, silent sound system, lack of instructions for Epson scanner, install plasma TV, activate wireless PC to TV system, other problems and solutions I cannot immediately recall.

+ -1 moreHe gave me a special deal because we weren?t able to complete the project. We have sort of mess here of wires and I had him principally to help sort them out. We were trying to get a computer to play through the television. We had some problems getting the proper equipment and he was very helpful on that. He didn?t charge every minute that he spent here in this project. He was very courteous and helpful. He is fairly priced and is very efficient. Sometimes he handles things over the phone and doesn?t charge me for that.
