Arturo never showed for the estimate. He confirmed the time and location via email and said, "see you then." But we never heard from him. Nothing about being too busy or asking to reschedule. It makes me nervous when the contractor can't show up for the estimate, what would he do if I was depending on him for work?

From the first contact with Arturo to completion of the job, everything was done professionally, very high quality and my wife and I are thrilled with the results. Our bathroom walls had some pretty rough drywall and the team came in, took great care in keeping the house/fixtures, floor, etc perfectly clean, while they smoothed rough patches and then re-textured the entire rooms. I would highly recommend them for your drywall needs. Very reasonable price, and 100% professional.

Unfortunately, my experience was downhill from there. After couple weeks, my hardware arrived and I was ready to set a date for work to commence. Had difficult time getting him to respond to emails and text. I know they're busy. I didn't call every day but it doesn't take much to acknowledge message received and I'll let you know something as soon as I can. After another couple weeks I got a short message indicating he would schedule first week of Dec., but then heard nothing else despite texting/calls until a response to an email I sent to him Nov 30. "Arturo, what's the word? Are your guys coming Dec 7?" Reply was from iphone "see you then". I took part of day off work so I could be there to make sure they knew everything to do, as there had been no info as to who was coming or how they were going to proceed with work, etc. Could never get any prep info to know what was going to happen...only "see you then". Anyway, long story short, Dec 7 arrived, nobody showed, no call, no I'm sorry we got busy with another job and can we reschedule. No nothing! Left some messages to his cell after that but have not had any communication from him to this day. I assume he does competent work, but like so many others in that business they have very little consideration for the customer if there's enough work on the immediate horizon. And that's why many did not survive the last construction downturn. Use this company with caution.

This company - both Arturo and his workers are professional, experienced, timely and neat. Arturo arrived for an estimate within a day and scheduled the work within a couple of days. The workers provided a quality product and service without wasting time. The cost was fair and within standards. Very happy with the results and recommend this company.

Arturo was excellent from beginning to end. He gave me an estimate same day as I requested it. His crew started work within a few days of agreeing on the estimate. They were all friendly, trustworthy, and did excellent work. They always showed up on time and finished everything as quickly as possible. They cleaned up after completion and went out their way to be helpful. If you need drywall and/or painting of any kind, definitely call Arturo.

We called Arturo on a Saturday morning to schedule him to come give us an estimate when he was available. We were expecting him to give us an appointment for the following week, but to our surprise, he came to our house within an hour on the weekend and gave us an estimate! He was very friendly and professional and gave us the instant feeling that his company was the best one for our job. He gave us the estimate on Saturday and he and his team were at our house within three days (Tuesday) doing our job! They are extremely professional, patient, aim to please their customers and they are so clean. We can't even tell they had been in our home other than we have perfectly painted walls and repaired ceilings. They were punctual and finished the entire job within the projected time he estimated. Arturo and his team did an amazing job! Words cannot express how impressed and pleased with the quality of work he and his team have provided us. We recommend them to everyone and we will be using his company again in the future!

We had some electrical work done early the same day. Unfortunately, the electrician had to make a significant cut into the drywall, about 1 square foot in size. The owner stopped by and said it could be fixed that day. He had a crew nearby working on a large job and would have them stop by later that evening, which they did. They had the whole spot fixed within about 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable considering it was a small job that not too many folks would even want to fool with. I highly recommend them for jobs both large and small!!

Couldn't be more happy with the service. We were really surprised how quick they were able to do the work and how many professionals showed up! 4 guys to tackle the job...in and out and perfection. I will be using them again in the near future and would highly recommend!!!!

Arturo came out the same day after explaining trying to re-assemble house after a water leak. He quoted me a fair and reasonable price and scheduled 2 days later. The crew showed up on time, was clean, professional, and courteous. They completed the entire job in about 5 hours (depsite a massive downpour), and it looked like an original installation. Arturo's contact info will definitely stay in my phone. Would highly recommend and use again.

This is why I only hire contractors on Angie's List! Another beautiful job done by an extremely talented group of gentlemen! All the work on our 2 bedroom condo was performed in one day. Our unit was totally covered in plastic. Once all plastic was rolled up after the incredible job of removing all the popcorn ceilings (1100 sq. feet!) I found maybe 10-12 little pieces of popcorn left. That is amazing with what could be an extremely messy process. Arturo was prompt with all aspects of the job; from the estimate to the completion. I am difficult to impress! I am so pleased with the results. I highly recommend Arturo and the Complete Drywall team!

NO JOB WAS EVER BID FOR. NO APPOINTMENT WAS MADE. I CALLED PROVIDER LEFT A MESSAGE AND NO ONE SEEN FIT TO CALL ME BACK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. EVEN THOUGH THE JOB WAS SMALL THERE WOULD OF BEEN OTHER IN THE FUITRE IF I WOULD AT LEAST HAD A CALL FROM THE COMPANY.

Arturo gave promptly came out and gave estimate. Was very flexible with my schedule. Workers arrived and completed as scheduled. No surprises. Very good at the craft. Was well worth the money. I have recommended them to my family who have also began arrangements with Arturo.

From initial contact to final inspection, Arturo, owner of Complete Drywall and Painting, epitomized professionalism. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable in the world of drywall and ceilings, and amazingly reasonable in price, he was exceptionally personable. His confidence and demeanor left me feeling comfortable with my decision on choosing his company. When his crew arrived, they worked non-stop for 2 days to remove and replace the popcorn ceilings in my 1300 sq foot home. They did a magnificent job!! There was no debris or damage: only spot on, class A, OUTSTANDING work!! I was so impressed with their efficiency and tidiness. When they left, other than beautiful ceilings, you couldn't even tell they had been there. (and that is extremely messy work!) Also, as a single woman, it is important for me to trust who is in my home, and from onset till finish, I was very comfortable with not only the work that was being done but also with the workers doing it. For any future drywall or painting needs, I will - without hesitation - choose Complete Drywall and Painting.

Arturo, the owner of Complete Drywall & Painting, was a genuine pleasure to work with. He stood out as one of the most positive, flexible, and cooperative folks I?ve ever worked with. He really goes out of his way to work with customers?it?s an impressive thing to see in this day and age. He and his crew came when they said they would. They did very professional looking drywall work. When it was all said and done, you could not even tell the drywall had been ripped out just days before. They did a good job of containing the mess that comes with this type of work. They cleaned up after themselves each day, and collected all debris in large (thick) black bags that were taken away by our regular trash service. We had some issues getting paint colors to match in the kitchen and living room ceiling. One of the best ways to sort out the pros from the rest of the pack is to see how they handle things when there are little problems like this. Complete Drywall & Painting gets the highest marks here. Arturo actually came by our home (at our invitation) before 7AM one morning to look at the situation, and figured out what to do about it. To be sure, it wasn?t his fault, or his crew?s fault. If there is fault to be assigned, it would likely go to the paint store for not matching the colors properly. In any event, Arturo took full ownership of it, said he?d have his crew back with the right color paint a few days later, and that?s exactly what happened. They came in and resolved all the issues. The paint colors match really well, and we?re delighted with the results. I should also mention that between the time Arturo gave us the estimate, and the time his crew arrived, we added a number of small projects to their task list. I was a little nervous about this, not knowing what the final cost would be. But I was comfortable enough with Arturo that we pushed on. When it was all said and done, Arturo looked at the additional work his crew had done, and his final price was very fair and appropriate. Can?t say enough nice things about this guy?I wish everyone who came to do work on our house was like him.
