Combat Termite Specialist

Last June 2014 I was told I had a rat infestation. So I hired Combat Termite Specialists in good faith. Unfortunately they have not followed through with any of their services. I was told the initial rat infestation would be monitored with cameras, and a specialist would visit the house on a regular basis. Since I live out of state they would keep me informed. I was so impressed with the sales pitch I even hired them for their pest control program. Recently I realized I had not heard from Combat Termite Specialist and so I called my new renters who state "have only witnessed one visit since they moved in on 1 July 2014". So I called Combat Termite Specialist and was told it was up to me or the renter to call them out to the house. I presumed too much, I thought like most companies they call prior to announce when they will be on property and if access is necessary. Lastly my roofing contractor who removed plywood to add metal braces to reinforce my roof to the concrete walls did not witness or see any signs of rats. Additionally, I have not received any updates or what has been done regarding this so called rat infestation and as for cameras - there were none. Please do not use this company

We purchased a short sale home that had a wall with water damage and active termites. A termite inspection was done and the termites treated. At that time, we additionally contracted for a termite bond. After the wall was opened up and the damaged wood replaced, Combat came back out and treated the new wood before the wall was again closed. I was very impressed that their office would call to let us know who was coming and when they were running late. Very dependable company.

They check it and then it is guaranteed. The service call was $135. They will come out again to retreat if we are unhappy. We use them for pest control as well as termite. It is two different services. They have done the house for 15 years and we have been very happy with them. We haven’t compared their prices.
