+ -1 moreInitially I wanted the entire exterior of my house painted and I received the estimate. I then decided to only paint the trim, garage door, and other doors. I was told they would get me another estimate, but they stopped all conversation at that point. I guess my job was too small.

+ -1 moreI RECEIVED ESTIMATES FROM 4 OTHER PAINTING CONTRACTORS. MY MIND WAS BOGGLED WITH ALL THEIR PAINTING IDEAS AND FORGET THE PRICES I WAS RECOMMENDED TO COLLINS WHEN I WENT TO A BENJAMIN MOORE PAINT STORE AND THEY RECOMMENDED THEM. WHAT I LIKED ABOUT COLLINS THEY USED BENJAMIN MOORE PAINT AND I PICKED OUT ALL MY COLORS THROUGH THEM AND THEY USED THE BENJAMIN MOORE STORE I GOT COLLIN'S NAME FROM. THE PAINTERS SHOWED UP ON TIME,AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS I HAD TWO VERY HEAVY AND LARGE UNITS, ONE IN THE LIVING ROOM AND THE OTHER IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. THEY COULD NOT MOVE THEM.I TOLD THEM I WAS HAVING CARPETING LAID THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND THE CARPETERS WOULD HAVE TO MOVE THEM TO LAY THE CARPETING. ONE OF THE PAINTERS CAME BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK WHEN THE UNITS WERE MOVED AND PAINTED BEHIND THEM. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THAT. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PAINT JOB AND HAVE RECEIVED A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS .

+ 0 moreInitially a misunderstanding about the products to be used on the property happened. I called and the proper products were procured and applied. Doors needed to be re-touched and they responded quickly and fixed the problem. So Far so good..

Description of Work: They painted my family room and its' gabeled ceiling. Also, they painted the ceiling in my kitchen. Although the contract only called for one coat of paint, the kitchen ceiling needed a second. They did a second coat for no cost. Everything that could be covered with a drop cloth was covered. They were professional and they did what they promised and when they promised. I will use them again.
