 + -1 moreWe ordered the system and it came in as quoted. The installation was an all day affair and there was a bit of mold found in the ductwork near the air handler. This was an expense that was above the quote but again, Climate Experts walked through the options and had reasonable pricing to tackle the additional work. When 5:00pm came the job wasn't complete, but that didn't stop Wayne and his sons. They stayed to complete the job and do it right. They took the extra time to make the work as good as if it were their own house. I am a person who does most of the work around the house myself, so I am pretty critical of contractor's work. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and will call them again if I have any AC or heating issues.
Description of Work: After messing around with a couple cut rate AC technicians a friend of mine put me in touch with Climate Experts and I have been recommending them to everyone since then. They were able to come over the same day and give me the assessment that I needed with a solution that wasn't crazy expensive. The other guys recommended swapping out circuit boards that kept getting fried, then the motor went out. Climate experts walked me through exactly what was going on and wanted me to really understand it. Then they walked through the pricing of the different options and I went for replacing the unit. The other technicians could not explain what was going on or didn't want to take the time, while Wayne and his sons explained how the whole system works and exactly what was going on.

 + -1 moreI was surprised how quick they were able to come out and repair my ac. The repair didn't take long for them to complete and the repairman was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem he explained what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. The price of the repair was much less than what I was expecting to have to pay. I will definitely be calling Climate Experts next time I need my ac repaired.

 + -1 moreI needed to have my air conditioner checked for its yearly maintenance but the company I used last year was not able to get to it for several weeks. I called Climate Experts and they were able to come out that day and were less expensive than the other company I had used in the past. They were very professional and found several things that the other company did not mention that if not fixed would have ended up very costly to fix if they were left .

It turned out that I did not need to replace the condenser unit and was being scammed by the other company. Wow, it is refreshing to find some honesty in the business world.  + -1 moreMy 15 year old AC system went out during the hottest month of the year. I called for an estimate for it to be repaired as soon as possible just to get me thru until I could get money together to have it replaced. Thinking it would be pretty expensive to repair on such short notice I was very surprised to find out it would only be $3750.00 to put in a brand new unit and they were able to help me get financing ! They arrived when they said they would, which doesn't happen often anymore, they were very professional, got the job done in the time advised and the only way I knew they were there was that my house was cool instead of hot.

 + -1 moreMy air conditioning went out last week, and of course it is still summer and I needed it fixed immediately. I was referred to Climate Experts by a friend and had a tech out the same day to give me a quote. I agreed to the quote, and they had the unit at the house ready to install only a few hours later. The tech noticed the duct work on the outside needed to be replaced after removing the old unit. They replaced all the flex with duct board built into a custom box, and sealed everything very well. The entire install took only two hours, and soon after my house was cooler than ever. The employee was very courteous, and answered all questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone searching for a quality product in a timely manner.
