Derek paid good attention to detail and made sure that the doors fit and closed perfectly . At my request , he used extra heavy duty screws and actually 'over did' the installation . This has resulted in the doors still perfectly aligned closing properly 4 years later ! No sagging or sticking .

Cinqcraft called a few days ahead , after the doors had been manufactured , to set up an appoinment for the installation . He again called on the day of the installation to make sure that it was still convient and to in form us of the time of arrival . He arrived on time and ready to work . Derek removed all of the old doors , with care , and installed the new doors with new hinges . He then measured for the required aditional hinge on each door and routed out the locations . After installing the last hinge , he then checked each door operation and made the needed adjustments to the hinges to make sure that the doors closed flush and completely against the stops . He then adjusted the latching hardware so that the door closed tightly without rattling when fully closed . Any problems that came up during the installation process were thoroughly explained with the suggested fix . Upon our authorization he then corrected the problem without a hitch . He then took us on a tour of each door to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the installation .Upon completion , he was most helpful with a couple of problems that we had with some other doors , that he did not install . We are very pleased with Cinqcraft's quality of craftsmanship and it was a pleasure to have Derek in our home .
