Charlie's Stucco

Description of Work: Charlie was the second person I had come out and give me a quote on repairing some cracks in my outer wall. He reviewed what we had going on and told us the truth. He said that the damage was minor and that if we wanted to save some money, we could do it ourselves. We already had started some of the repairs so he saw our work. What a truly honest man! We have performed the repairs ourselves and saved hundreds of $. By the way the estimate from the first person was $700.

Description of Work: I have a 26 year old Ruth Stien home, I bought it new. It is a stucco on stick construction. The problem that was addressed was inferior workmanship of prior repair to the stucco and new required maintenance. Charllie took the time to explain how stucco should be applied and pointed out the mistakes that were done during prior repair efforts. The match to original finish was perfect, Cleanup after the job was fine and instruction on how to cure new stucco and seal it was great.I feel that I finally found someone that does a great job and will use him in the future. Charlie has great skill in applying imatation stone surfaces to stucco that I plan to use in the near future, He is honest and very reasonable,
