CPR was responsive and priced competitively... and inside that figure even fixed the couple of small things I'd not mentioned (a test of paying attention to the whole system rather than merely the work inquired about). Joe caught the small things and saved a later service call. He also offered a suggestion about how to prolong the life of the equipment with housing that he is not able to provide, but offered ideas of where I might get it. They also have a tech that services the swim-spa weekly... nice, thorough & reliable.

Robert Douglas is the owner and the ONLY person you'll deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable with an OUTSTANDING work ethic and easy to deal with. We recently moved half way across the country and this is our 1st pool. We tried desperately to discover why we were losing sooo much water to no avail. I found Robert and scheduled an appointment. His first visit he got completely suited up, did an extremely thorough inspection of our pool, re-sealed all the returns, the light and double checked the skimmer. He had a long talk with us about the quality of our pool, what appeared to have happened to our "shell" in the past and if the leak remained we would be looking at concrete work. He answered every question we had and there were a lot of them. He was patient & understanding. We all agreed (and hoped) his visit would remedy the problem. Robert let us know we could call anytime should we need further assistance. After 2 days we realized the problem remained. We called Robert again and he scheduled us immediately. He was back out, brought all necessary equipment, did a quick re-check and let us know he believed the problem was past the elbow in the skimmer so it would require the concrete work we discussed on his 1st visit. He had gotten here early & worked all day in the hot sun to finally reveal the culprit. Just past the elbow was a large crack. He replaced it, poured new concrete, cleaned up the mess and gave us a hunk of the top original concrete so we could have color matched paint mixed. He is CERTIFIED for this kind of work and stands behind it. This wasn't cheap but we are happy and relieved!!! Thank you Robert Douglas!!! We will recommend you always and with highest regard!!
