We chose Cathy's Cleaning Service based on the highly rated reviews on Angie's List. I called to set up an appointment for the first cleaning service and luckily Cathy had a cancellation and I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling. On the day of the appointment, Cathy called prior to the appointment time and said she was running a little late. That wasn't a problem for me because she at least kept me up to date. About an hour or so after Cathy arrived, two of her assistants also arrived to help clean. They spent about 4 or 5 hours to thoroughly clean the house; keeping in mind this was the first cleaning for our 3 bdrm, 2 1/2 bath house. Cathy had all the cleaning supplies that were needed to clean the house. However, for health reasons, if your house needs to be vacuumed you will need to provide your own vacuum cleaner. I have no complaints about the cleaning performance of Cathy or her crew.

Very well. House always looks great. The front garden redo was something I had wanted done for years and either no one wanted to do it or wanted way too much. Trummed bushed that my yard guy was supposed to have done but did a poor job. Cut down my back garden that was all overgrown so it can now be redone. Fixed my mailbox lid. Replaced outdoor floodlights.

The deep cleaning went great everything was cleaned from windows to blinds and baseboards. Just started on the bi-weekly.

I am very impressed with this business. I hired Cathy’s Cleaning Service to clean my home biweekly. The first Cleaning was a deep cleaning and I was amazed at the results. The house was spotless including: the windows, inside of the oven and the refrigerator, and the walls, just to name a few. They even moved rugs and washed the floor underneath the rugs. I have continued with Cathy’s service for biweekly cleanings and I am very satisfied with the results. They are professional, pleasant, prompt, and they do not leave until the job is done well. As a very satisfied customer, I will continue to use Cathy’s services.

Cathy and her girls are wonderful. They do a thorough job (and I have high standards). Their communication is great. Cathy is very quick to respond if there is ever a problem. They are all very polite to the residents.

It went very well. Cathy is a really nice person. She has a great personality and easy to work with. If I am not satisfied with any part of the house, she goes back to that section and makes sure it is done to my satisfaction. She is punctual and flexible. She never says no if I add something last minute. She goes above and beyond to satisfy.

Cathy cleans my house on a monthly basis. She is fantastic. She is punctual. She is pleasant. The quality of her work is outstanding!!!!!!! I tried two other individuals before I used Cathy. Cathy is great and her price is really reasonable. I would recommend Cathy to anybody.

Cathy and Erica arrived promptly at 8:30 am and worked tirelessly and without a break for about 6 hours. All of the dust was removed and the furniture and cabinets were thoroughly cleaned and polished. We were especially impressed with the job they did on our glass shower door which was encrusted with mineral deposits. The glass was perfectly clear when they were finished. They also did a careful and thorough job on our wood floors. The house was spotless when they finished. We highly recommend them.

We hired Cathy on the recommendation of a friend 2 years ago and have been using her ever since. She's punctual, fast, and thorough, as well as licensed and insured (which so many aren't these days). She will work with you to your schedule and specifications.

Excellent. Cathy responded quickly, we set up a date, she came out and completed the work. I am a very thorough and picky person, so I knew that if Cathy did well with a deep cleaning, she would be good for routine cleanings too. Well, Cathy's work was fantastic so I hired her. She has been cleaning my house every other week since. She is efficient but not at the expense of quality work. She is also genuine, flexible with scheduling, punctual, and responsible.

Cathy does an excellent job! Arrives on time, does a thorough job, and cares about customer being satisfied. She has cleaned my home a number of times and will do so again. Highly recommend her company.

Expectations were Cathy would use some of the products I provided due to medical conditions and consideration for the environment. She did not. Her coworker used partial product in the kitchen . When ask to use comet or gel soft in kitchen sink, I came back to way too much powder everywhere and including on top of a lift out dry grill ( hard to get powder out of) and complaints of it smells. Most of the other products I use are lavender based and very gentle. Cathy prefers Kaboom products in the bathroom (the spray) which for me left a strong odor. They sprayed and wiped ..partial surfaces..however it seems to be hit or miss. They did not do my section of the master bath. I had to reclean the master bath , because the residue from their cleaner on the terrazzo was sticky. The toilets I just rewiped, again to remove and clean residue. Rugs were left on my porch and back patio (I am guessing this is because I ask not to place rugs on a wet floor, which was done anyway in the guest area). Base boards were supposed to be done, they were only done in the hall. Items were pulled out and put back haphazardly. So why did I let them stay? As they started upstairs (which I have not gone into) they seemed okay. As they moved downstairs...the needs of my dog, the smell of the product, trying to put my items back at least in the vicinity where they came from....all served as distractions. She broke one item.."which she knew where it came from no worries"....this almost becomes my bad as I go on. My husband ask what happened to all his stuff because she insists on putting things back "however". Anyway....now I have hired another company to come and clean behind Cathy because I can't do anymore. The fans, baseboards, patio window all need to be done. Worse...I believe the water was never changed in the mop/cleaning bucket or something because I smell and feel stick that was not there when we started. I did not give Cathy a heads up I was writing this. She had to of known she left rugs outside, rugs on a wet floor, did not do base boards, pretty much did what she wanted to do for I believe the time she had "designated" was not enough. I have had stuff broken and not been told, and have been outright lied to by cleaning companies....but this is the first time I have ever felt the need to complete an evaluation. The time, energy, money and physical demands necessary to rectify this past Saturday are not good.
