+ -1 moreHe first had to do some sort of test to tell whether it was a small leak or larger leak. This took 24 hours, so then he returned and discovered that it was a small leak so he was able to repair the leak without replacing the line. He repaired the leak ( some sort of sealant) and replenished the coolant, tuned up the unit inside and out. This was 1 year ago and all is working well still. We had a home inspection done recently as we're selling our home and he found no problems with the unit.
Description of Work: Fixed a leak in the line, tune-up, replenished coolant.

+ -1 moreService provider was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided a very detailed and fair quote for replacing the unit as well as explaining the need for increased air return. We ended up not using Campbell's for the repair, because of a business connection with another company. However, based on my short experience with Campbell's I would still recommend this company.

+ -1 moreI called Campbell's on Wednesday afternoon because I had an older a/c that was not cooling at all. He was able to come out in less than 24 hours. He checked the system and got us up and running very quickly! He had some suggestions and a quote for some things that could be done to improve the system. He was very professional! I will definitely call him again!
