+ -1 moreWe called Brooks Glass because we wanted wall mirrors to surround our bar room. Steve Gates was so wonderful to work with. He came out and drew up exactly what we wanted and kept in communication with us through the whole process. Mike Alderron and Sean Kreis did the installation, their craftsmanship is absolutely amazing, every intricate detail. I see Brooks Glass is already a 5 star company but I'd give them more stars if I could. Thankyou Brooks Glass for helping make our dream bar room exceptional! + -1 moreAmazing and fast service! After calling over 15 glass companies Brooks finally was the only place that didn’t need a bunch of extra info and was ready to help quickly. I live in a condominium and it’s hard to get a hold of the owners quickly, therefore no other place would do it without their confirmation. Even though our condominium was constantly on our ***** about getting it fixed fast Brooks was great customer service, barely took an hour and accept any kind of payment, also very affordable! Very pleased and happy with their service. Thank you very much!

+ -1 moreBrooks Glass very responsive and Tammy kept me apprised of the progress of my order and the service dates. Joe came out, evaluated the job, gave me a quote, then returned with a helper and the new glass including all the replacement hardware that I had thrown away when my original door broke. They were in and out in no time and I couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: They replaced the tempered glass sliding shower door in my bathroom, which was had broken.

Description of Work: I needed a glass replaced in a window. I took the window panel to them and they said a couple of hours and theyd call when it was done. It was done in one hour and they also helped unload and load it for me. Very friendly staff and very clean offices. |
