Perfectly! Mike and Jason arrived within the scheduled time frame. They got right to work and finished quickly. When they left, one could not tell they had been here EXCEPT for the newly installed faucet. Friendly, professional, efficient. Completely satisfied customer!

Discovered problem on a Sunday morning. Called Brevard's Best Plumbing at about 9 am and spoke to the owner, Mike Hayden. Mike was courteous on the phone and was at my house within an hour. Quickly assessed the issue and resolved it by a little after noon. Mike has recently launched his plumbing business, and it's clear to me that he will do well with his friendly, professional and responsive attitude. Price was fair for a Sunday morning emergency call, I think. Oh, and he's a good plumber, too.

Last Friday at 7 p.m. as a failed result of trying to fix a leaky toliet and replacing a shut off valve my main water shut off became stripped and we could not get our water back on. My first call was to my plumber that I have used on a regular basis for the past 7 years and have referred many people to. I left a message detailing my situation of not having any water in the house and as of today(5 days later) still have not received a call back. My next call was to an Emergency Plumbing service and I was told it was a 2 hour job that would cost me at least 350.00. Luckily, a friend recommended Brevard's Best Plumbing, LLC (at this point it was 9 p.m.) and Mike, the owner said he would be at my house at 8 a.m. Saturday morning. Mike was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the outside shut off valve(rusted out from the salt air beachside) , finished fixing my toliet, replaced my leaky toliet shut off valve and fixed a tub handle he noticed was put on backwards when he was getting the air out of the water lines. All this was completed at a cost which was extremely reasonable and far less than the Emergency service quoted. Mike apparently had worked for a major plumbing Company in the area for 7 years prior to going on his own and we are happy to have found him!!!

Around 6 pm Friday night I noticed water was coming up from my shower drain. I called Brevard's Best Plumbing and spoke to Mike Hayden. He was at my house within the hour. Before entering the house he slipped on shoe covers to make sure he didn't track dirt into my house (I really appreciated that!!!) He accessed the situation and knew immediately that my main line was blocked. It was fixed in no time. He cleaned up the work area better than it was before he got there :) Once he was finished, I asked if he could please take a look at a leaky faucet outside. He ended up replacing the bib (faucet handle) for no additional charge, which stopped the leak. He was super nice, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. I would highly recommend Brevard's Best Plumbing and will definitely call them when again when we get ready to remodel our bathroom!!!
