+ -1 moreThe plumber was as nice as he could be, and quite professional, and obviously a good plumber. However, the company, I am not impressed with. The problem is, that the company charges $69 to check the problem and give a price. My problem was, I needed a new flapper to keep the toilet tank from leaking. Once the plumber arrived, I already owed them $69...when I was told the total would be $188, I said go ahead, because he was already ready to make the repair. My normal plumber was busy, so I had to do, what I had to do. Like I said, the plumber was good, but the company price was too high for roughly 30 minutes of work and a cheap part.
