can not say enough good things about Paul Keener, the pro who uninstalled my 35 year old solar hot water heater and installed a gas tankless water heater and a whole house water purification system. We live at the beach under harsh weather and salt conditions, which corrodes everything quickly. And the water is hard. Now we don't have to buy bottled water anymore, and we have unlimited hot water. Paul was quick to come to the house and did all the work the next day once we decided on a plan of action.

This company did not show up and terrible. I am very disappointed.

We were without hot water for almost 4 days and I was at my wits end. This company was exceptional!. Called us first and we had an appt the next morning. Received an email of the appt and time within minutes of the end of the telephone call. Service gentleman called within 30 min of arrival for the estimate. Although I had sticker shock, I purchased a natural gas water heater. Our salesman said "we will install today in a little while" and within an hour he was back and installed a brand new system with valves and all within about hr and half. We had hot water again within 45 minutes! Service was excellent, sales guy was professional , kind and polite. We will certainly continue to do business on an ongoing basis. Thank you very much.

Excellent communication from the scheduling all the way through the completion of the project. They communicated the estimated arrival time of the tech (he was even 15 minutes early!) I received texts, emails, as well as phone calls regarding the appointment. Excellent service, very happy with the work, and will highly recommend

Over &1,250. To remove and replace two valves and a kitchen faucet, seems steep to me.

It has to one of the worst customer service, gouging/ripoff by any Plumbing Company ever! I paid them $537 to fix my blocked toilet/drain. They sent a â  Technicianâ  Wyatt Godwin who did a shoddy job the first time and had return to unclog the drain again .He had a extremely bad disposition.Very rude and nasty attitude! He did not resolve the issue as he is either clueless or unskilled in doing this type of work. I had to rent a tool out of pocket to fix the issue myself. They stole my money.! Period!

Job required removing toilet & replacing seal. Did not realize they had to grind away some of the cement...He tried to clean it up...But would have been good had he thrown a towel over my sink/vanity so all my cosmetics were covered with cement dust...But the toilet works!
