Had a water leak that looked like the water heater but ended up being a busted pipe underneath the heater and under the slab. We had company, of course, and these guys worked as unobtrusively as they could to make the repair.

he made a 15 min. job last 1.5 hrs. , charged $136 and stripped an unrelated connector leaving us now needing to replace the toilet. Will never hire this firm again. Others may do so at their own risk.

My phone call was returned quickly & the plumber came the very next day. He arrived on time & repaired my slow leaking toilets. He was professional and tidy. He even wiped up the floor when he finished!

I always have done my own work - until I got slammed into this wheelchair! So, obviously, $130 for a T&P valve feels bad :) However, service was prompt, courteous and lower total cost than other vandors offered.

The Plumber was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Quickly replaced shut off valves in kitchen and bathroom, and replaced outside water main stop-valve and faucets; repaired kitchen sink drain leak. Good job! Our expectations were met.

Did a great job clearing the drain and provided advice on why not to use strong drain cleaner in the future. Actually showed up early for the appointment which worked out great.

The company was responsive and the plumber called to come earlier than scheduled. He removed the old busted water heater, installed the new one and cleaned up after himself. However, the overflow pan was not correctly installed and will flood the room if there is a leak, there was no choices on units to install and the water heater was taller than the old unit so the piping and overflow tank are less than ideal, but the water heater works and the pipes don't leak.

The price was more than reasonable. The two technicians were professional and highly qualified. The repairs were made in short order and a completed explanation and visual inspection of the work completed were above my expectations. Simply outstanding work. I will be hiring this company and these technicians any time I need their type of services in the future. I will also be passing along this recommendation to all my neighbors.

The team was very efficient and thorough. I called and they came the next day to get the work done. They helped me when another contractor left me high and dry. They fixed areas that the other contractor did incorrectly. They made sure everything in the house was in working order. I would hire them in the future if I had any more plumbing issues.
