They checked out my leaky 18-year-old water heater, and told me they could be back later the same day to install a new one, which they did. Excellent job !

The plumber they sent was inexperienced, could not do the job without help of two other plumbers. The original plumber did a "clean-out" in an umobstrucked portion of the house, charged me $217 and not fixing the problem. Had a 60 day warranty. Two days into the warranty, the whole house flooded due to the same problem. Called Benjaman Franklin. The sent the plumber. He finally called two more in to help him find the clean-out, 4 hours later. Then he went into the cleanout with the "rotor snake" and the fiber optics. The snake went right through, but did not remove the clog. The plumber said the clog was in the Utility Co's area. I called the utility co. They sent a man out immediately, he showed me the clog, two feet from the clean out. I had to remove several feet of Street PVC pipe and one 45 degree, replaced the section myself only after being charged another $500 for the fibre optics improper evaluation by the BF plumber. With help of two others, I finished a $200 job for $1000 thanks to BF Plumbing. They ARE RATED 0.001 STARS IN MY BOOK.

People have since told me I paid too much; that it was very expensive to me.

The plumber was hired for a leaky pipe. He checked the pipes and found is was a outside fitting leaking onto the water main causing the puddle in the garage. I replaced the fitting. He checked the washer fittings and tightened them as the had a drip that could have added to problem. Everything dry. Said I would receive a credit next time for the service call.

Needed more attention to detail. Water header was done expertly, however, reconnecting washing machine was careless. Tech had to be recalled, fixed leak. However, did not connect/place drain properly, hence, major flooding in garage. Again, issue is attention to detail.

Good work. Took necessary steps to analyze and fix the problem. Too expensive. Since this is a chronic problem I am able to compare prices. They charged me$150 more than previous plumbers.

They were very quick to come out and give me an estimate - the next day. The next time they came they were late and did not have the parts (however in fairness it was not an emergency). I was very impressed with the scheduler, Teresa, and the plumber who finally did the work, Lezaro. I would hire them again.

Sky came in and surveyed the problem, determined the most affordable way to fix it, then completed the job in a quick and orderly way. He cleaned up afterwards and did an outstanding job in all regards. Hire with confidence.

Plumber did a great job. There was a language barrier at first, but he understood what was needed.

Technician arrived at 5pm finished at 5:45 pm. Cost $275.00, very pricey for the job and time to do it.

Sky was very good at what to do with my hot water tank that was in a peculiar spot. He was very friendly. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll call Benjamin Franklin!

We expend $69 and couldn't have the problem solved.Technician suggested us to find an electrician. Other company came more $45 and it was only a switch that was off.
