Prompt. Professional. Polite. And they cleaned up!!!!!! A previous job with another plumbing company left us with the problem fixed, but with a costly repair and clean-up; not so with Benjamin Franklin Plumbers. I didn't give 5 stars because they are pricey! A Senior citizen and/or Military discount would be appreciated.

The plumber was here on time and diagnosed my problem right away. He procured the correct part to install and stayed with the project until it work properly.

Cost too much.

Arrived before 9 am...explained scope of work to be done...price was reasonable...Completed work and cleaned up ...Will definitely use for all future plumbing issues.

Plumbers were scheduled to arrive between 12:00 - 4:00. They were free much earlier and in the neighborhood so the arrived at 10:00 and asked if it was convenient to start then. Yes!!! They were finished by 12:00, cleaned up, and I was totally satisfied...

They were able to get to my house sooner than what the website showed. They waited 15mins while i drove home from work. Al was professional, got the job done and the price was reasonable. They made it easy and stress free!

They called in advance to let me know when they would be there and showed up exactly on time. The estimate was higher than expected to do the work, however, during the installation, the installer explained that he might be able to reduce the cost as the installation was going a lot better than expected. At the completion, the price was indeed reduced to a very reasonable sum.

I would recommend to family and friends.

Did the work quickly and correctly and made sure no mess was left behind.

A little pricey, but the workers and work they performed was top shelf. Overall My wife and I are very satisfied with this company.

I was extremely pleased (4/28/17) with my experience with Benjamin Franklyn Plumping. I contacted them via the internet the day before and received a call from them almost immediately. The very next day, they sent out a father and son team, Lazaro and Earnesto Sanchez, who both had excellent customer service skills. They asked all the right questions in regard to the issues I was having, talked to me about the different techniques they had available and costs associated with those techniques if needed but after listening intently to the description I offered and then a quick look around, they were able to quickly and skillfully fix the problem. They then talked about the measures I could take to prevent the problem from happening again. I've read some of the other reviews and have to include my opinion in regard to those. Like others, I did not get another quote. Was $369 too much to pay for a snaked drain? Maybe so, maybe not. They came out almost at a moments notice, sent two extremely professional and knowledgeable persons to assess the situation. It could very easily have been a much more involved service repair and these people were equipped and ready to take care of whatever problem they discovered. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklyn Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs and if the occasion presents itself, I will use them again as well. ~ Cheryl Woodard

I had scheduled the appointment for 10:30 a.m. and received a call in the morning saying that some one would be in the area between 12:00 and 2:00. Fortunately I had no plans to be away from the house today.

technician very nice did his job. I do not have any issue with him. I know plumbers are expensive but way over priced. If I hadn't miss read the estimate they never would have been hired to do the work

A bit pricey, two flags needed replacement. I had told them that when I called. Serviceman arrived without the parts. He had to go to the local Home Depot, which took him an hour. I had already removed the toilet to assess the problem, and purchased the wax rings. So he was on the job site less than 2 hours and the price was $369. Cleanup was left up to me. The serviceman himself was very friendly. With company on the way, I guess I'd pay that price again. I did NOT get other estimates, so your guess is as good as mine with regards to the price.

This father and son team were excellent. Called Benjamin Franklin when they left to tell the company how we were impressed with their work, cleanliness job. Would certainly hire them again.

From the time they called me until he finish the project was four hours. I was extremely impressed!
