Great service... Non-emergency slow leak from old water heater... Called on Monday late in the day just after hurricane Irma. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out on Tuesday and ordered a replacement water heater. They received the new water heater on Thursday and installed it on Friday.

Who would ever think that an appointment/plumbing repair could be such a pleasant experience, but I can honestly say that it was! The Tech (Ryan) was professional, informative and more than helpful in performing his job--- a great reflection for the company.

I found them to be extremely expensive for such a small job. They had to run to home depot for the parts when I was told the truck was fully stocked and the job took less than 30 minutes.
