Young enthusiast workers! Jack was personable and knowledgeable! Plumbers seem much in demand in the area with lots of different skill sets! The phone system was a little conversion and the need for trips to a distant location for parts was time comsuming. We got through it though without a large expense and minimal mess! The phone operators were polite and the workers( Jack) was pleasant and enthusiastic. Good review! Thank you to google and your estimate too!

For Brian Justice, Rescue Repair? You were not prepared for work on Monday. You came over to get $900 from me on top of what you overcharged me. That is criminal. Then you said you would not be back until Friday, which you never said to me. Look, all you want about me. The bottom line is, to get it finished and out. I have no desire to start a social media campaign on how unethical this transaction has been. It was a transaction whether you like me or not. Please tell me you will come over, and finished the work. Otherwise, it is a total scam. What is your answer? Yeah, I do not care about your feelings just as you did not care about taking money for anything. We have to resolve this.

Greg was nice, but 2 days later when there is water all over on the bottom of the kitchen cabinet sink. I had to pay $99.00 for him to come out and correct what he did wrong. I would not recommend this to anybody.

Tony did a professional job of reseating our commodes.

Tony did a terrific job replacing both water outlets for my wash machine and one of my outside water outlets. He was efficient and completely competent, explaining everything he was doing and why. Also used better quality replacement parts. Tony also cleaned up the work area and checked my water heater expansion canister while there. I appreciated his thoroughness and patience with my questions. I highly recommend their service and Tony in particular.
