EXCELLENT SERVICE and PROMPT and honest.

They were neat and kept me informed.

They did a great job and I was very happy with the service. However I think they could have given better idea of how much the cost was. I'm not disputing the price but since it's in a book how much it costs it would have been nicer to have a better idea than it will be $69.00 for the call and the plumber will tell you how much when he gets there

My dish washer was blocked. The plumber was patient with explaining to me what to do if it happens again. He was kind and understanding when I mentioned I never had a dish washer before.

I was overcharged for the work done. Reinstalled 2 toilets and new angle stops for $870. Feel like, as a woman who didn't know how much this type of work costs that I was taken advantage of.

Very prompt, courteous, and on time. Technician Al was also friendly and helpful. Job was completed in a reasonable time and with high quality. Would recommend.

Since original post, the plumbers came out to get work finished. I really like the plumbers, they do great work. I think my only issue is the communication (or lack thereof). I hired these plumbers based on the HomeAdvisor ratings. I tried to install a new kitchen faucet on my own only to find that the valves under the sink had issues. The guys came out within a couple days and fixed the problem. Not only did I have my new faucet but the water was running better than ever. I would have given them 5 stars across the board based on this work. I was so happy with their service that I purchased the maintenance plan knowing that I would have several other plumbing projects and it seemed more economical. The next project has been a total disaster. Same plumbers. They came out for my scheduled appointment, evaluated the work I needed done, said they would need to come back another day to do the work, called to say they needed to move appointment again, one of the plumbers came out and installed one fixture (but didn't get it 100% done), took apart my tub faucet and discovered the parts for the new faucet wouldn't work, put it all back together and left. A couple days later, both plumbers returned took parts from both the old and the new tub faucets and I haven't seen or heard them in three weeks. I have called Benjamin Franklin who seemed to care but needed to find out what was going on. They said they would call me back that day. That was nearly a week ago and I have not heard back. I now have an useable bath tub and a partially installed sink faucet. I am regretting buying into the maintenance plan - also their motto is "the punctual plumber. If there is a delay, it's you we pay!" HA!

Got there right at beginning of window time. Very friendly, good customer service. Did good work. Very expensive for easy 20 minute job. Would recommend for bigger jobs.

They were prompt and on time every time. They did the work that was specified. They were a little pricey though.

Even though it was a little expensive the service was prompt and very curious. I'd hire them again no doubt.

The work done was excellent, but the price was entirely too much. I had a 100.00 garbage disposal replaced and my bill was for $400.00. I will never use them again!

Its been a nightmare. Constantly had to clean up after them when they did decide to show up. Help themselves to whatever they can get their hands on.

The guy showed up at 1:00 for a 9:00 appointment. The estimate for a 1 hour job was for 3.5 hours and $550. When I refused service, he had the nerve to tell me that I may find someone else cheaper, but they won't do it right. Total bullshit on multiple levels. They should be ashamed to rip off customers like that. I will never call or refer anyone to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.....ever.

Surprise, surprise we noticed a change in the water consumption in the house a few months ago. Contacted the water authority and they sent me a chart graph showing that we had continuous leaking and intermittent leaking. The usual suspects are the toilet tanks specifically the flap that allows the tank to flush. I obtained the little test tablets from the meter reader found and replaced a bad flap in one of three tanks. This stopped the continuous leaking in that tank, but the intermittent leak continued indicated by the water meter. One other check I should have done after turning off the water line to the house was to turn off the supply to each tank which would have pinpointed the leaking tank. But I called the plumber and he found the leaking tank. Turns out the water in the leaking tank was above the recommended water line and therefore seeping intermittently into the overflow tube. Problem solved we hope. The plumber was knowledgeable and thorough in detecting the problem.
