A bit on the high price end for a simple removal of a garbage disposal with only installing a drain pipe, not a new disposal. Sky was exactly on time though and pleasant to work with giving sound advice.

The two gentlemen who came to my property were very professional. There was no swearing or crude remarks like I have experienced with other "want to be professionals". The Benjamin Franklin Plumbers demonstrated a valued work ethic that is not demonstrated often in today's work force. I highly recommend the guys who came to my property as they not only told me what needed to be done but why. Plumbing is a costly home owners expense but it's less painful when you know the people performing the work respect themselves, their company and the customer.

The technicians were professional and polite.

It cost a flat fee of 334.00 to clear a rag out of the main line outside the house. I am fortunate that the plumber was able to locate the obstruction and clear it. The plumbing in the house is over 40 years old. It could have turned into a major expense if the plumber was unable to clear the line.

Friendly and did a great job. Would have given 5 stars if the cost had been less but thay do have to make a profit. Good job done as advertised would recomend them. Al did a great job.

Pros: Fast friendly professional service, very clean explained fully what he was going to do and what would have to be done if the first remedy was not successful as well as the cost of each remedy. We were lucky and the first remedy worked. Cons: No cons with the service but I received calls 3 times a day for five days to schedule the service that was already complete despite asking them to make a note that this job was complete and closed.

I can say nothing derogatory about this company, it's service nor it's pricing. I was very please with all three. The service tech was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Clean up was superb, after he left, you would not had known anyone was there. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed, he showed up the same day and took care of the whole thing!

Pricey but they got the job done quick

Way over priced for the job they preformed. They came unprepared, and had to go back to the hardware store for a piece of PVC which is a standard item in all kitchens. Never again!

Very nice guy that was here

They were very nice and did everything we needed. Came on a Saturday because they couldn’t come Friday.

After getting new kitchen counter tops we needed the sink, faucet, dishwasher, and garbage disposal hookups reconnected. Other than the sink, which was installed in the counter, the other items had been in use and were not brand new. All the connections remained in one place (under the sink) and just needed reconnected. When I arrived home and found the charges were $1400 I contacted the office to state that I had been charged for the wrong services. I did not have anything repaired or installed and needed the charges corrected. To make a long story short...they are sticking by the charges with no further attempt to follow up with me as promised. I would not recommend this company and will NEVER use them or any of their other franchises.

Thought they were pricey but they were able to show up same day as called! So in a way it was worth it to me. Very pleasant professional man.

They sent an apprentice by himself to install a well pump. He had to come back 3 times because the pvc pipe he ?fixed? leaked all over my garage. The pump was overheating and the psi was running at 80. I called 5 times all together about the issue and was told that the originL guy said it was fine. I had looked it up and from someone previously I knew it should be between 40-60. The 2nd guy (4th trip) said 40-60 was correct but he didn?t know what was wrong. They had a well guy and he would come Monday It is now over a Week and I had 2 days with water. The Well guy came said it was wired for 220 when it should have been 110. He fixed it. He said the first guy should not even have come at. All. I hired another company to come check Ben Franklins work and was told they didn?t do everything they should and they overcharged me

Fast great service

I called the night before and cancelled the appt. However, Ernesto came at scheduled time without knowledge of the cancellation. He was extremely polite and we discussed the problem; because he was polite and understanding I decided to see what the cost would be to fix the faucet. I learned about the maintenance contract and signed up for it and also had him fix the faucet. All good.

I feel I was extremely overcharged for a drain cleaning. I still have the same problem. I was charged $404 for 1 half hour of work.

They arrived in short order, replaced the faulty faucet, fixed the pipe issue and kept me informed of the work being done. Friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely fashion.
