Do not get the first plumbing option. Shop around. These businesses charge to come out and take a look. To save agravation, ask for more or less an estimate over the phone, which was my mistake. They did wave fee, but wow, they're not there to help consumers. Very expensive and will not recommend for sure.

They got the job done in an efficient manner, were polite and professional. I was able to acquire a zero percent 12 month financing loan to pay off the job. I always appreciate having that option available through a company on a large job so that I can pay off the loan after Tenants have paid me rent. Al and Ryan were knowledgeable and made me feel like it was not difficult to remedy the problem. I always appreciate that reassurance, especially when it comes to plumbing issues!

Initial technicians didn't know type of well and installed pump for artisan without pressure switch. Another installer called and took half a day correcting the installation.

I scheduled the appointment via phone through HomeAdvisor and received two subsequent calls to confirm the appointment... which was to take place that afternoon. During my initial call with the service department they agreed the service fee would be applied toward any plumbing repairs. The plumbers attempted to bill me for the additional $69 fee. After multiple phone calls by myself and the plumbers, they agreed to stand by their word and not bill me the additional $69. While the repair took less than 5 minutes, they charged $131, they didn't even clean up after themselves. I was left with water splashed on and around the toilet from where they had dislodged a piece of glass that had accidentally fallen in the bowl.
