I called a number of folks looking for just sod delivery (I wanted to put it down myself), but was not successful until I found Aurora Stone and Gravel. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone and had no problem just providing the sod. The pricing was competitive and they had no problem delivering beachside, which is rare. They delivered the sod promptly the next morning and it was very good quality (another gamble based on my previous experience). I will use them again.

I was referred to Aurora by a landscape contractor. I received quotes from Aurora and one other company. Aurora was slightly cheaper and had a reasonable delivery fee ($50). The owner was responsive and prompt with the delivery. The quality of the stone is excellent. It has very low small particle content (sand). Eight years ago I purchased 15 cubic yards from another landscape supplier and was disappointed when 40% of the content was sand. I'm glad I purchased from Aurora and did not go back to the previous supplier.
