+ -1 moreWe were told they would be repairing the leak by replacing the damaged shingles with new ones. The warranty given was for six months. Just shy of 3 years the leak is back and worse then ever. Contacted another roofing company to check leak and was told that it doesn't appear that new shingles were used to fix the original leak. We now have a hump in the roof were the original repairs were made. The roofer we just contacted offers a 1 year warranty verses a 6 month warranty. Obviously they don't have a lot of faith in their quality of work.
Description of Work: Repair a leak in the roof.

Description of Work: Mr Auer came out to giv e me the estimate. He was very prompt and gave me material about his company and the work that they do. I went with other company because they gave me so much information; I had very few questions about their work.

+ -1 moreThey fixed a roof leak in a rental house last year. I hired them again last month for another house. They were very prompt with the estimate and the repairs both times. I thought their pricing was very reasonable. The roof they repaired last yr had a small leak two weeks ago and when I called to ask them to take a look, they sent someone out that very day to add caulk. There was no charge. I would definately use them again.
Description of Work: They fixed rook leaks on two different houses: one last year and one last month.

I even got money off of my insurance since they did so well. I was very satisfied with the job they did. They came highly recommended to me by people in the neighborhood.

+ -1 moreMr. Auer came out to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. A few days later, two of his roofers came out. They were thorough and very professional. I made it through the rainy season here in Florida with no leaks. I'm a happy guy. I would recommend Auer Roofing to anyone.
Description of Work: The ceiling was leaking in my dining room. It was determined that leak was located @ the bottom of the horizontal valley. The roof was patched and no more leaks!

He could be a little bit clearer on his bidding, the way it was written, it was not too clear so I had to call him back to get some clarifications, specifically what was going to be done on the contract. His rates were reasonable within the ballpark figure of other bids that I had. In terms of responsiveness, he said he was out of time, he said he was going to be out for a week. His professionalism was good. I possibly would consider using his services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Auer Roofing Inc. to give me a bid about a month ago, on 12th of July 2011. The contract price was $800. The bid was for replacing a chimney cap, reroofing a portion of my roof and replacing two boards that were worn out.

+ -1 moreI was very satisfied with everything he did. He is a very nice young man who is very professional. His entire crew is very professional too. They came in, did the job and left. I was very grateful because I usually don?t have such an experience with contractors. Their price was competitive. As far as I can tell, their quality is excellent; I still have to see if it would stand the test of time. He is a general contractor and does things other than roofing now. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, he is supposed to get back with me on another quote for some other work.
Description of Work: I used Auer Roofing Inc to paint my house and put a screen in my atrium.

Description of Work: I called to have someone from the company to come out and estimate a repair for our leaking roof. The person got on the roof and immediately began to start into how much work has already been done on the roof. He didn't do much other than visual inspection for about 5 minutes and said he wouldn't be interested in taking the job. Based on the interaction, I felt fairly strongly that the lack of interest was due to the job not being an entire re-roofing. None of the other companies that came out said anything similar to this one. I wish they would have saved the time and effort and declined on the phone, as it was a complete waste of time that postponed our decision by several days.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with their work. I thought they charged a fair price. I have a steep pitch roof, and I wanted them to replace my roof in the future. They would not give me an estimate for future work because he said, "Their was easier money to be made."

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. They did have a lot of stuff that fell in the attic and I did not realize this until after they left, but we took care of that ourselves. There were a few nails here and there but not a huge abundance of them.
