Went very well - no complaints.

Arbor Patrol returned my phone call because I got his answering machine. First there were a lot of tree people that came out and looked at it, and he wasn't afraid to get under the tree, wasn't afraid to walk up to the tree, touch the tree, and then told me the tree did not need to come down. He did not want to take the tree down because it was a living tree, and it has beautiful shade but it had some dead branches on it and he just told me what he could do. He said he was going to take the weight off the main limb and trim it back for me to canopy and save the tree from further rot. Everyone else thought the tree needed to come down, they wouldn't climb it, they thought they needed a forklift. They'd have a crew of six, and their prices were sky high. He came early in the morning, they climbed the tree, they took the heavy limbs down and they worked about three and a half, four hours in that tree and then they cut it all up and hauled it away. Nobody else was going to do that, everyone else was going to charge me an additional $400 to put it by the curb or haul it away or chop it up and with him that was just part of the service. The life expectancy of these laurels is 50-60 years, and so it was worth it. He wasn't afraid to climb it and he gave me a great price.

I have several trees on my lot and I like to take care of them and have them trimmed every few years. The largest oak tree is close to the house and I was getting worried that the roots would affect the foundation of the house. I chose The Arbor Patrol because I wanted a certified arborist to talk to about my trees. James came out and although he isn't the bubbly talkative type, he was professional and very knowledgeable about trees. We discussed my trees and he recommended not worrying about the oak and said the roots were no danger. Yay! Then we discussed general tree trimming and agreed on what he would do and I was quoted a reasonable price. On the scheduled day two employees were there on time and proceeded to do a professional and thorough job. They cleaned up the mess and had me check to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. I was very satisfied that my trees were being taken care of by people who understand trees and what it takes to keep them healthy. They didn't cut anything without a reason and there was no danger of my trees being butchered. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

They are professional, gives me advice that I trust and doesn't cut down things just to cut them down. I have been using them for years and I trust what they tell me about my trees.

Work began 1 week behind schedule. Work was never completed and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the services he and his crew provided. We walked the property and discussed all the work performed. He agreed to come back and finish the job. Never saw or heard from him again. STAY AWAY from this company.

They have done a lot of work for me over the years. Their prices are fair and their service is good. Every time they come to do work for me they end up spending a couple weeks in the neighborhood because all of my neighbors come and knock on his truck.
