 + -1 moreI have used Aqua-Rite Pools & More for the past 15 years to maintain our in-ground pool. I still use their services to date. They are always very professional and care for their clients, as well as our property...very conscientious about the services/repairs they perform. When appropriate they will provide further recommendations and even referrals if necessary. I like that they consult us before any repairs are made and provide up-front costs. My unscreened pool water is always so clear and soft!

Description of Work: Aqua-Rite Pools has been cleaning our pool and taking care of our equipment once a week for the last 14 years. They have kept the pool looking new and in absolutely pristeen condition. Aqua-Rite has also repaired or replaced our equipment as needed throughout the years at reasonable rates. We couldn't be happier with their service and they have never missed a week. I would highly recomend this company's service.

Description of Work: I bring in pool samples every week for analysis of what chemicals the pool needs - plus buy chemicals there. I've also used them for pool repairs over the last 5 years

 + -1 moreI recently purchased the house, and although the pool had been resurfaced the pool equipment looked original from 1996. I had them replace the filter cartridge and repair a leak. The filters were no longer avail be for the model I had. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was having some algae issues so I went by their store and they tested the water. They provided a very inexpensive solution which worked great! I never felt like they were trying to up-sell me or have me buy things that were not necessary like some other pool stores do. I have a few valves that need to be replaced and I will definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: changed filter cartridge and repaired a leaking PVC pipe.

 + -1 moreThey showed up, did the work, and handled the problem quickly and efficiently within one day. I would recommend them over any other pool company in Brevard due to their responsiveness and knowledge of their products and services.
Description of Work: Aqua rite was called for a pool light out and the punctuality was great and well as having the parts needed right then. Also, we had some keypad issues in the house that runs the pool and Jay came in and cheerfully took care of it at no additional charge to the repair call. He reprogrammed it to work properly and replaced our back up battery that Pinch Penny never acknowledged we had. We have Aqua rite do weekly service and all our pool equipment needs. They are knowledgeable, reliable, locally owned and not franchised and do not sub work out to other people. We had to fire Pinch Penny because of the lack of experience of the service dept. to advise us properly or fix our issues in a reasonable amount of time. Aqua Rite clearly has more experienced people in all aspects of the business and respond quickly to service needs and are priced comparably in the Brevard area.
