Similar experience to another reviewer. Terri Underwood came out for a pool construction consultation. She was very nice and said she would get back to me with a computer mockup & a price estimate. I never heard back after a week had passed. Emailed the office twice before I got any response. She finally answered and said she was working on it and would have it to me that weekend. That was three weeks ago and I never heard anything from them again. Left a review on their facebook page, which they later removed (along with all their reviews). Horrid communication and I've never come across a company so eager to avoid making money. I would beware of hiring them if they are this difficult to get ahold of or get a response from.

We've had the monthly service for exactly one year and haven't had the greatest time with them. Our "tech" came to our house once a week every month. It wasn't that they were awful but what really got me was the condescending tones when I talked to them through email and other communications they had with my family. For example one week we had our pool deck sealed and the sealers pressure washed dirt into the pool...not an excessive amount but we got a phone call asking why we put dirt into our pool and that if it happens again our rate would go up. Next we were having problem with the screen on our pool heater...they sent a tech out and determined that the heater worked but the screen wouldn't work. I went outside and spent an hour trying to get the heater on but could not get it to work. I then called back and told them I couldn't get it to work can you send the tech back out to show me how to get it going. The person on the phone told me that it is now defective and I will need to get a new heater for $5500. About a week later the old one starts working again. Overall it was a lack of doing actual work, the tech usually spends less that 5 minutes at your house to clean out the pool. I set up a camera to watch what he actually did since we are away a lot and watched him "clean" which usually meant showing up and emptying a basket and about once a month cleaning the bottom of the pool. Three times this past year our Kreepy Krawler was "broken" and we spent more $$$ fixing the stupid thing. It got to the point where I just took it out since this company is suppose to clean the pool. This past month our guy got mad that we installed a skimmer to the kreepy Krawler line and it didn't have enough suction. I assumed he would know what to do and hook them up and get the suction right...nope he took the skimmer line and left it in the middle of the pool, didn't clean the pool and left the Children's pool fence unlocked. The next week he took a vacation so the debris sat and yesterday left after 2 minutes and I was told in an email he left because of the bad weather. When I asked the company what can be done they told me to cancel my service and find another company since they can't meet expections. I don't know...it was just a bad experience there's a lot more but just take my word, you can do better for your money.

Michaela was wonderful and responded quickly to our messages on the app. She answered the phone right away and we didn't have to leave multiple messages like with other providers. I even took pictures of the pool equipment and she showed them to the service provider so we could have a worst case scenario estimate before anyone came out. The company was able to schedule me in the same week I had called and had the equipment necessary to replace our old filter system. Noah showed up on time and quickly replaced the unit, he patiently explained the workings of the new system to me. Only thing that could have been improved on was if he had thrown away the old filter equipment. Not a big deal but the small stuff matters

Sales Rep. Teresa Underwood Peyton came out to the house and spoke to my wife and myself about a pool. We spoke for a while and she left with her designs to make up a quote and cost from the pool design. We never heard back from her again, no comments, no offers, no contact nothing. After three weeks I tried to contact her and she did not get back to me.
