+ -1 moreShe comes every other Wednesday. She has worked for me for a year. He is very prompt and very careful with my things and also really careful with my dogs. I have three small dogs and it is huge to me that they are going to be careful if I can’t be home, and she is. She is really trustworthy and she does a great job.
Description of Work: I use Angel Wing’s Cleaning Service for housecleaning.

Description of Work: Angel came out and gave me a quote. After a very rushed cleaning 40-50 minutes cleaning she missed a lot, counter tops, fans, didn't dust 2 rooms. She complained how hard she worked and asked for $95. She is very sloppy and just wants the money. She will offer references, but I'm sure it's friends and family. Don't use her. I ended up trying K & A cleaning and for $45 a week the two girls do an amazing job.

+ -1 moreI decided to use her housecleaning service on a scheduled monthly basis -- she either came alone or brought another girl to help -- I suppose this depended on her client list for the day. By the 3rd or 4th consecutive month, I notice the quality of cleaning decreased as did the time spent cleaning in my home. For $100/mo, I would expect at least 2 hours of cleaning, but in some instances they were done in 45 mins...often times forgetting to dust ceiling fans, baseboards, window sills, etc. Her attention to detail was lacking and so I decided to stop using her services after a few months.
Description of Work: I contacted Angel for a quote and she was prompt to reply - made the appointment to look at my house and quoted $125 for the initial clean and $100 per month thereafter. The first time she showed up she brought another girl to help - they were both here for approximately 3 hours for the initial clean - dusting, cleaning appliance (inside/outside), vacuum, wet-mop, ceiling fans, baseboards, etc. I was pleased with the outcome. In addition, I have 2 large (friendly) dogs and they were able to work around the dogs without issue.

Description of Work: Angel the owner came out and gave a quote, I agreed to try her out. I was working, so i wasn't able to check the work before payment. I ended up leaving the money for her. When I got home I was shocked, house was still dirty. Cleaning was extremely rushed and detail was not taken. When I talked to the owner about it she said she was sorry that she couldn't do more but she had to get to other clients! If I wanted her to come back out she would, well she never answered my calls. Said she was at my house for 4 hours. I have video proof that she was there 45 minutes, there is no way one person can clean a house that quick and "white glove" as advertised. Rugs not moved Kitchen baseboards not vacuumed (cabinet meets floor) The items that were dusted were not picked up or moved. Fans not even touched and missed an entire bedroom. I could go on, but this was a waste of money. She says she takes credit cards, but that's with Paypal and you have to pay the fee. Best advise stay away!
