+ -1 moreCame out and checked my dishwasher that would not run and gave it a clean bill. Within 2 weeks (only 2 cycles run) it was not working again, so I had them come out to check it again, under their 3 month guarantee on their invoice. The guy was unable to get the unit to work and said he would have to get back to me on how best to move forward. I never hear anything, so I called and left several messages with no call back. As far as I am concerned, their warranty/guarantee isn't worth the paper. I also question the workmanship since they said it was working fine, but was inop 2 uses later.

+ -1 moreDiagnosed and promptly provided a temporary repair, until the broken part was ordered and received. Came back a few days later and replaced the temporary part for the permanent. .He arrived on time, completed the final repair, and charged a very reasonable rate.

+ -1 moreThey did very well. They were prompt and they fixed the problem without any problem. The quality of work was perfect. He came in, diagnosed the problem, went out, got the part, put it in and that was the end of it.

+ -1 moreIt was a simple fix for him and he completed it in less than an hour. He cleaned up after himself and even offered to help put the items back that had been removed from the freezer.
Description of Work: The freezer started leaking after the garage had been re-arranged. We couldn't find any solutions in the Owners Book. The leak was discover on Tues eveing and I called around on Wednesday morning. I had made contact with two other locations, one which scheduled us for Sat, if possible, or Monday which was the most likely date. The other location could schedule us for the same day but the response was WITHOUT much interest. After finding Allied Appliance Service from a friend, they gave a feeling of "caring" and scheduled us with an appointment later that same day. We recieved a call just before noon and the service man identified himself. Which he then explained he was in the area and would it be a good time for us to let him come check out the freezer?
