I am very grateful and pleased to write this review. In June, 2014 I had a new keypad installed and adjustments on my garage door. Unfortunately, due to a very serious illness I never used the outside keypad till recently and I found it would not work. I called Todd he e was very eager to help me. He did not ask me for dates of purchase or asked about any warranty. He just wanted to help me when I explained my situation. Todd came to my home as time agreed and throughly checked everything for me. He had the keypad working within 5 minutes. I Todd asked Todd what is the amount for a service call and he said "no charge". You can't better customer service or repair than this man is offering his customers.........I made a joke with Todd. I said, I wish my roofer would have service like you. Shortly after Todd left I was finally able to get a call back from the roofer. He said he was coming out. The roof repair that was made out to be such a big deal was suppose to be to replace a vent and check for loose nails and caulk. He replaced the vent within TWENTY MINUTES AND IT WAS $550.00. My washing machine cycle was started before he came and was still ruining after he left. Twenty minutes is a stating a very generous amount of time. This makes me appreciated Todd and the way he conducts his business. He has my business and I certainly will pass his service and good character to whoever is in need of garage installation or repair.

Both instances went very well, but I will concentrate on the second visit with this review. Thursday evening my house took a lightening strike. The garage door opener was one of the casualties. I called All Pro Garage doors first thing Friday morning and by noon they were at my house. They had provided estimates over the phone that morning and we reviewed the numbers again once they arrived on site. An hour and a half later, the new garage door was up and running. Ironically, as I closed the door as the technician was leaving, it failed to close. I waved him down and he promptly came back and performed another adjustment. No excuses and he spent extra time testing again. About a week later I was leaving for work and the door would not close unless I held the button. I called All Pro back and they immediately sent someone out to check on it. Human error on our part. One of the safety sensors was knocked out of alignment. I appreciated their professionalism considering it was a bone headed mistake on our part!

Great job, working like it was new. Had issues with jerking while opening and closing garage door, sometimes would only open a few inches and stop. After service all issues resolved.

Having previously had a bad experience purchasing a garage door through a home improvement store and letting them hire a sub to install it (improperly), I checked with Angie's List. They supplied a list of highly rated installers so I called around for estimates. All Pro beat our highest estimate by $1200 (for the exact same job)! The installation was completed on time, exactly on budget by courteous technicians. I can't emphasize enough the importance of 1) Dealing directly with the installer company (not a home improvement store) and most importantly 2) Get multiple estimates.My experience with All Pro was great..... The owner showed up "early" which we were very pleased about. He took about an hour to replace everything. We didn't expect him to replace the door tracks, new rope, all the ights, etc., but he did. He programmed our cars to the garage door opener. He cleaned everything up. He definately knew his stuff. We could not be more pleased with his service. We will definately use him again. Also, the price was very reasonable. My husband who is not easily pleased said this was top service.

This is how I like a business run. Fair price, on time technician, installation clean, timely, accurate. Yay All Pro.

I contacted All Pro Garage Doors this morning and the owner, Todd answered the phone. He was very courteous and set up a time for someone to come at at noon that same day. Around 11:40, Chris arrived and stated he was from All Pro Garage Doors. I showed him the problem and he went over the cost of the repairs. I approved the work and Chris made sure it was ok to go in and out several times as he got his tools. I told him it was no problem and Chris went straight to work. About 30 minutes later, Chris advised he was done and asked me to operate the garage door to confirm it worked. Chris also explained that he had found another small problem and fixed it for me. He showed me what he had done. Chris was very courteous and professional as well. I was impressed with this company and will use them again.

Todd and his son arrived the same day I called them. They were able to successfully repair and fix the garage door without having to replace it. It is an old model, and I was concerned that it was too far gone to repair. But they were able to replace a few parts and bend the frame back to its original shape and reinforce it. I was happy with the results and especially the cost! I have used them in the past and will use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

One of the brackets for the garage door spring pulley had failed and our garage door would not open. We called Todd this morning and was told he could be at our house within the hour. He arrived as promised. He quickly assessed and fixed our problems. Courteous, Clean, Efficient and Honest. He did not try to up-sell us on this job. We questioned him about the condition of our garage door springs and were told that they are in good condition with no need of maintenance. We?ll definitely use All Pro for any future garage door repairs and recommend him to others.

I contacted the owner, Todd, by email on Thursday morning and explained we had three properties that needed garage door repair. I received a call almost immediately. I explained the problems and he said he could take care of two of the properties that afternoon. My tenants were there and said he was very polite and professional. I asked him to call me if the charges exceeded $100 and he did. Both garage doors were repaired the same day. On Friday, he and his son came to our home to repair our garage door. All it needed was a basic maintenance service which I had paid for through Angie's List (with discount). My husband said they were very professional and he was very pleased, as I am! This is the kind of service we expect when we subscribe to Angie's List and choose a provider that has great ratings, as All Pro does. We will definitely use Todd in the future for all garage issues on our rental properties and home. Thank you, Todd, for taking care of the problems so quickly and professionally! We will absolutely recommend you to friends and family!!

Provider was on time, very helpful and completed the job quickly and professionally. He was courteous and informative and I would definitely refer him and will use his services in future situations.

Was calling around for quotes from Angie List high rated companies. As usual their prices were high. Called All Pro, Todd answered the phone, gave me a quote well below everyone else for the same equipment. We set up an install for the next day. Great installer came, Chris, and was right on time. He thoroughly went through my options. Todd had asked the day before if I wanted a belt or chain drive. I wasn't sure since this was the first time I had replaced an opener. Chris recommended I go with a chain drive since noise wasn't an issue. He did point out the benefit of the longer warranty for the belt drive. I had printed the Angie List coupon but it wasn't clear on Angies List if the coupon applied to this purchase. The coupon was for a service call. Chris explained that and I was Ok with the coupon not applying; the language was clear. However, Chris said he couldn't discount the 10% ($29.50) but he could include a keypad which I really wanted. The keypad is $50 so I really came out ahead. All Pro is really focused on building great customer satisfaction and aren't in the game of nickle and diming the customer. They provide what the customer actually needs and a very fair price. On top of the very good service and pricing, you get to deal with some really nice people who seem to enjoy their work.

I called All Pro Garage Door at about 2:10 and left a message stating that the bracket for the garage door opener had broken away from the garage door. Less than an hour later Todd from All Pro returned my call and told me he would stop by in about a half an hour. A half hour later Todd was at my house. He made the repair and charged me a very reasonable $75.00. Would not hesitate to refer All Pro Garage Door.

Talked with Todd, the owner, at 8:20 am & he said he would send a serviceman out between 10 & 11 am. Chris was here at 10:20am. Service call charge was very reasonable. Our dealings with this company have been more than great....we have a two-car garage door as well as our one-car garage door; both were installed in 2012 by this company. The manager, Todd, gave me a time window between 1PM and 3PM the day I called. The technician, Chris, arrived shortly after 1:30PM, looked over the needed repairs and quoted a price that, to me, was very reasonable. Chris was friendly, polite and professional. He completed his work by 2:05PM. He presented the bill and gave me a thorough explanation of what he had done and gave me some maintenance tips as well.

I called All Pro Garage and spoke with Todd. I explained that I wanted to get an estimate for replacing old damaged wooden two-car garage door. Since I was unable to meet him at the property for an estimate due to work, he agreed to evaluate the door in my absence and provide an estimate. Within a day, Todd contacted me with his estimate, which significantly beat the competitor's estimate. I liked his price and reviews, so I scheduled the work to be done a few weeks later when I'd be off work. The two-man crew arrived at the house very promptly on the scheduled day. They were very friendly and noticing an old garage door opener I as about to disassemble for the trash, offered to take it away as-is with the old garage door refuse; I happily agreed. They obviously knew their trade and worked steadily on the door replacement and had the work done in a couple of hours or so. They then made the needed adjustments to the garage door opener and finished cleaning up. Everything looked and worked great when they left. The door subsequently passed the city building code inspection without any problem.

We needed a new garage door to obtain better insurance rates. All Pro came out to give us a quote that was far better than two other vendors and offered a no-hassle, no-pressure sale. Their installers were very courteous and professional. We love our new garage door!
