All Pro Garage Doors

My Aunt's garage door was not closing smoothly and she was putting off getting it fixed. I arranged for All Pro Garage Doors to come look at her door and fix it. When I went to meet them at her house, they had already arrived (10 to 15 minutes early). They found the problem and suggested solutions. My Aunt picked the solution that she wanted and they fixed the door very quickly for a fair price.

Old door was not working and stuck in half open position. Since I was ordering the new door with windows, there was a couple weeks lead time. He fixed the old door so it could be usable while we were waiting for new door to come in at no additional charge. Door arrived as promised and job was done efficiently, professionally and all expectations were met. The quote did not have any additional charges that I received from other companies and it was clear they are experienced and knowledgable. They showed up on time and delivered as promised. Our neighbor used them and recommended them and I highly recommend to anyone else.

Chris arrived ready to go (I was expecting an estimator). He quickly resolved our problems such that our jumpy, shaky, derailed garage door is now working better than when originally installed in 2010 (by another company). He pointed out some other attachment issues that could be improved, and told me he could make it quieter by rewinding the coil, but we left that for another visit - no pressure at all. I am very happy, and will no longer hold my breath each time the garage door rolls!

APGD tech found blown-out rotor and replaced quickly. Also did general service and took time to review programming.

They didn’t charge me for it. I recommend them, that was a good company. My garage door was fine when I called them out, but it was starting to rust, thanks to the salt content in the air. I asked them if they make one that won’t. He said, “yea, but it cost more!” I said, “that’s fine!” It wasn’t that much more really, it was about $400 more. He said, “that would take care of it!” I ordered one and he put it in and no problem. He said, “it’s stained anyway!”

His obvious concern for the quality of his workmanship was displayed in every facet of the installation. He was totally knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. We called All Pro on 10.28.16 @ 2pm and spoke to Chris, he was out to our home by 330pm. He was most professional, knowledgeable and super quick! In and out in less than 30 min. Everything fixed and the door working like brand new! We used a coupon on Angie's list and he didn't try to up-sell anything else or change the price. We would definitely recommend Chris and All Pro Garage Doors, Inc to everyone and would use their services again.

The job was done very well and very timely. I called after they closed on Friday and they called me back Monday and fixed the door on Tuesday. Service was great!

I didn't watch him, but he had to take the box that was there off the wall and he had to replace it. The fact that he was fair, he was prompt, when he left it worked. I was happy. These stood out for me. The price was much less than I anticipated it to be. The quality was good. These are little jobs. so he would come out within a day. He's punctuality was right on. I would use and recommend him for anything.

I was out t.v shopping and he calls me and tells me he was on he's way. I told him I wasn't home. he said okay. He worked it out with me. He changed he's schedule to fit my schedule. You can't ask for more than that. I didn't have to wait. He came right out. He did everything that I needed done. He showed me how to do it in the future so I wouldn't have to have somebody come out. He showed me how to push the button and what to do. Every time I messed it up he would have to come back so he decided to show me how. I admire that. He treats me like I would want to be treated.

The guy came. He was prompt. I was happy, After that I've had him over a couple more times. The service price was reasonable. I had never had that done before. When my husband was alive he did all that stuff so every time someone comes to my house, my heart always goes to my throat. I always think they are going to charge me a fortune, so when I saw what he charged me I was pleasantly surprised. He always comes out within a day. He was perfect. If my garage door needs fitting, I will call him in a heart beat.

I took advantage of the Angie's List $69 Garage Door Annual Maintenance coupon and was promptly scheduled for an appointment. Actually, I was not available for the next opening, which was 12 hours later. The work was done by Chris, including an inspection which revealed that my opener /springs/wheels were old but still working fine. The door opened/closed quietly. The next morning and there after, the loud screech returned. I called 1 week later, and Todd returned within 4 hours to perform the necessary lubrication. I'm writing 2 hours post work and so far so good! I absolutely will hire again.

We have a 13 year old 3/4 hp Craftsman garage door opener that has given us problems for years. We've had several other companies come out and look at it, but Todd at All Pro was the only one to correctly diagnose and repair the problem (faulty controller board). He also charged the least amount. He was courteous, professional and prompt. When the time comes that this opener gives up the ghost, and we need a new one, I will call Todd. He earned our trust and confidence.

I came home from running errands and tried to close the garage door and it kept going back up. I tried messing with it for awhile and decided it was worth calling "a pro", so I called All Pro Garage Doors. Todd answered the phone and I told him what was happening and he told me a few things that I could try on my own. I asked how much it would cost to just have someone come take a look at it and I thought the price was very reasonable so I told him to go ahead and send someone out. He told me that he had a repairmen out in the field that would be going by my home soon so he would have him stop by. Todd called me back several times to let me know where the repairman was and when he would arrive. I forget the repairman's name (possibly Chris?), but he was very efficient and saw right away that the problem was in the wiring. He fixed the wiring and did a few other things to the door and the door has run as smooth as silk ever since. Whatever else he did has made the door a lot quieter and more stable when it operates so I was very happy with their work. I just wish they worked on more than garage doors!

It was a smooth transaction. I paid in advance with a coupon and I had an email the same day asking about scheduling for the next business day. They gave me a time and showed up in that window.

Called Todd and unlike their competition he gave me the estimate over the phone, came by a couple of days later to verify the measurements, never tried to up sell me or came up with any excuses to raise his price, he told me that the installer would be in with the door the following Thursday, never even requested a deposit. As promised the installer came in on Thursday and quickly and professionally installed the door, as a matter of fact, in order to install the door correctly he had to do some extra work that my General Contractor had failed to do and even installed a garage opener that I already had, an extra charge was never requested not even mentioned. These people will have my business for life!

All Pro was able to make an appointment the same day. They were punctual and replaced the garage door opener professionally in less than an hour. Would definitely use them again.

Todd arrived as scheduled and after a friendly explanation of services went right to work. The ball bearing rollers were replaced with durable nylon rollers, lubrication of hinges, rollers and springs. Also adjustment of the opener settings. We are pleased with the professional service we have received from All Pro Garage Doors.

Broke a spring on a double garage door. Since the springs were 11 years old, we needed to replace both. After researching on Angies List, we called All Pro in the morning and they completed the repair in the afternoon. We appreciated the same day service. Since it was a standard repair, they quoted a fair price on the phone.

Todd worked with my schedule, did a great job adjusting my door and opener. The door now opens and closes much more smoothly and less noisy. What I didn't get was a sales pitch to buy something else. So many Big Deals are just a way for a service provider to corner a customer to sell them something more. Todd showed integrity and reliability when he came out and simply provided the service that I purchased. All Pro Garage Doors is a service provider I can call with confidence. As a matter of fact, I hired them a second time to come out and install weather stripping trim around the exterior of my garage door. My second experience was just as satisfying as my first. Now, anytime I have any garage door needs, I won't be searching online; I'll just pull up Todd on my phone and give him a call.
