Todd was a true professional.

Overall, the experience was great. Todd called on the same day that I sent through Angie's List. He came out and did the estimate on the day that was most convenient to us. When we said Go, he pulled the building permit and it was signed the same day. Due to problems with our schedule, we scheduled out about 10 days. The guys showed up on time and did their thing - no fuss/ no muss. City of Cocoa Beach signed off on the inspection, after reviewing the wind ratings in detail, and said everything was good.

Our garage door would not open. We called All Pro Garage Doors based on the reviews/ratings found on Angies List, & scheduled an appointment. Todd came out, and as soon as I showed him the problem, he determined that the torsion spring needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate, & we scheduled a day & time for him to return with the parts he needed to do the job. Todd showed up on time & had our garage door working in no time! He was very courteous & professional. We will definitely call him again if the need arises!

I am getting my home ready for the upcoming hurricane season and I was overdue in replacing my 22 year old 16x7 garage door. First, I checked with the two local 'home improvement centers' to help get educated on garage doors and see what they would charge me (I thought they were too expensive). Then I researched for local contractors using the Better Business Bureau, checked with Brevard County for licensed contractors, and also checked on Angie's List. I contacted several local contractors to get estimates and to see what they would do for me. After getting estimates from and talking with several companies I decided to go with All Pro Garage Doors. And I have to say I am extremely please with my decision. I called Todd, the owner of All Pro, on a Friday and he was at my house on Monday to give me an estimate. He explained what the current code requirements were and what would be entailed in replacing my door. He was very professional and knowledgeable in answering all my questions, and he is a really nice guy. There was no sales pressure. There was no money upfront. And he had the best price. Though code requirements in my area only require doors be rated for 130 mph winds, I was interested in getting a door that was Miami-Dade compliant (150 mph winds). Luckily, one of the doors Todd recommended was Miami-Dade compliant and that's the door I ordered. The following week his installation team was at my house installing my new garage door. They were great... in a few hours they removed the old door/hardwareand installed the new door with an electric opener. They cleaned up the work site and disposed of the old door. They explained all the features of the door and opener to me. Both guys on the crew were very knowledgeable and polite. A few days later the city code compliance office came by to inpect the installation... no problems, passed inspection. If you are looking for a company that will do you the very best job at a very fair price, then call Todd. I highly recommend him!!!

After an extensive search for someone to install a Garage Screen, I settled on All Pro to do the work. I placed the order on or about 20 September 2011 and was told it would take two weeks to arrive and that I would receive a call. On 10/7/12 I followed up since I did not hear from Jeff and was told that he had received the screen, however, one of the panels was damaged and he was waiting on the replacement. On 10/10/12 Jeff called and said the he had received the panel and could install it on 10/12/12. He arrived on time and was finish with the job in about 90 minutes which was very acceptable to me. One of the panels was missing a white button used to cover the opening for opening/closing the screen. Jeff told me that he would bring one by and install it. I have yet to receive it nor have I heard from Jeff. I also inquired about another job of replacing the screen in my entryway with the same screen used on the garage door. Jeff took the measurements and told me he would get back with me to let me know if he had enough screen available and the cost on installation and again I have not heard from him. In fairness I must say that I have not tried to contact Jeff to follow up since he has not followed up. I wanted to give him ample time to contact me because I have two friends that are interested in getting screen doors fro their garages. I even told Jeff that I had one friend interested in an estimate if I was happy with my screen. As you can see "follow up" is important to me. If this is not a problem for you then All Pro is the one to use. Today I will inform my two friends of me opinion of All Pro and let them decide. If I know them as well as I think, they will go elsewhere.

The job went well from start to finish. I would recommend them.

The work was done on time and quickly. I now have the quietest garage door on the street.

Todd could not have been nicer or more professional . Arrived on time as scheduled within 2 hours of my call for help. Completed repair in a short time and I was able to be on my way.

The opener stopped working. We called on Wednesday, and set the appointment for Thursday morning. Everything went very well.

Todd's estimate was lower than expected, with a discount for Angie's List customers. Provided quality door, opener and installers. The installers explained all of the operations of the new door and opener. He clearly explained all of the options available and there was no sales pressure. The factory did not supply him with the stripping for around the door when it was picked up, but he came back in a week and installed it.

Todd was great. He explained everything about the different springs, reinstalled the old circuit board at no charge, took back the new one and credited me the money. His price was fair, his service excellent, he was prompt and professional and knowledgable.

Called this company because I got a quick $2100 estimate from another company & wanted a second opinion. He came out promptly and identified the problem, fixed it and told me that I would eventually need a new door but everything is workingfine for now. The other company said the door was beyond repair and wouldn't fix it. I am extremely happy with this gentleman's professionalism.

I called several garage door companies to get quotes for a new door and opener. Todd's quote was very good but not the lowest. I decided against the new door but had to get a new opener. Todd gave me the quote and date for installation. He was very professional and pleasant. He was on time and neat. I plan to have him install my new door when I decide to do it.

I called one day and explained the situation. They quoted a price and set up an appointment for the day after next. They young man showed up on time. Did the installation and lubricated the existing rollers. Work was done on time and for the price quoted.

The garage door would not close. It was would come down and go back up. Sometimes the garage door would only open about two feet. I called my appliance warranty company and they sent an electrician to check the garage door opener. He adjusted it but it still didn't work. He told me the door needed to be balanced and that was not covered by my appliance warranty. His service fee was $60. Another electrician had previously told me that the door or the opener would have to be replaced because the door was too heavy for the opener. I was worried it would cost hundreds of dollars. The owner himself came out. He arrived exactly when he said he would and explained it just needed lubrication and the opener adjusted. It was just $50 and only took ten minutes. That was less money than I was charged for the service call from the warranty company and he couldn't fix it! I also bought a remote garage opener for $35. So the total for both was $85. I will definately call this company again.

Called All Pro Garage Doors on Friday morning before their scheduled opening hours and received a call-back within minutes. They said they could come out in an hour and actually beat that time estimate. I met with Todd Trapani, the President/Owner of the company, and he quickly installed 2 new springs. He was done in under 30 minutes and our garage door was back in operation. Great service!

I called Todd (the owner) on 8/18/2011, he came out the next day. He was on time and ready to work. He figured out what I needed to get the job done and did it without any problems. This guy knows his stuff and he is a very nice person too!! The price was reasonable and this guy is dependable. I will be calling on him again for all my garage door issues.

Todd, the owner, arrived the same day that I called to review my options and offer a written estimate for the job. Todd was knowledgeable of building codes and the changes in garage doors since my last purchase - 19 years earlier. He did not pressure me to purchase anything that I did not need. We agreed on a time for installation. His workers arrived on time and the work was completed on time. His workers explained the new garage door features and how the new door opener and remotes worked. They cleaned up the work area very well. Overall, a pleasant business experience.

We had a great experience. They did a great job and I am very please with the way the doors look!

They are a family-owned company. They will come right out and tell you what you need. I just wanted a replacement door. The price was great, and it's a good company.

I hate giving out straight A's, but I can't find a thing about this company I don't like. Count on Todd (the owner) to show up on time and give you the best price in town on a new garage door. In my particular case, the estimate expired while I was waiting on the the roofer and the painter to get their work done first, but Todd honored his price nevertheless. When the big day finally arrived, the installers (Post and Criss) showed up right on time and did a great job installing my new door. I found them to be personable, courteous, and respectful of my property. Before leaving, Post explained everything I needed to know about operating and maintaining my new door. At bottom, my experience with All Pro Garage Doors has been completely satisfying.

My overall experience with this firm was excellent. This company, the owner, and worker did a great job. I got four other estimates and although this was not the least expensive (but almost), it was the best product and quality for the price. After several months of operation the garage door needed some adjustment, I called Todd and he was there the very next day, made the necessary adjustment and the door has worked great since. He is very responsive which I do appreciate. Of the other 3 estimates, 2 were almost doulble his cost and the third, the least expensive, was nowhere near the quality of product that Todd uses.

With the onset of hurricane season, I wanted to install garage door with better wind mitigation. I requested a quote from All Pro and the company was willing to meet me after normal business hours for the quote due to my busy work schedule. A little more than a month later I called back to schedule an appointment, and the quote was still honored. It took about a week for door to arrive, and we scheduled the install for a few days later. During the install, it became apparent that the new opener would not fit the garage. I agreed to wait so the opener could be customized to fit my garage. The next day, I was called to schedule the installation which occurred the following day. Overall, I am very satisfied with the new door, opener, and installation. The installation appears very solid, well-bolted, and neat.

The work turned out excellent. The installation was over a year ago. They were very punctual and responsive.
